Tetsuya Naito vs. Yujiro Takahashi

[3.0] "Barely worth talking about, Takahashi just runs through Naito and easily submits him, I get trying to establish Yujiro ahead of him challenging for the Heavyweight title, but this just wasn't a good way to do that. 1.75 stars"

[4.0] "Im pretty OK with what happened here but on a card as good as this it was kind of unnecessary for the most part"

[4.0] "I couldn't understand what happened with this match. Naito just wasn't there and he could have just as easily submitted. Yujiro looked like a beast, I'll give them that."

[3.0] "Such a nothing match. No offense from Naito and with that finish, this match was honestly just not necessary other than pacing reasons."

[3.0] "Truthfully, I have no idea what to even say about this match. Tetsuya Naito is one of my all time favorites, but we saw quite literally almost zero offense from him all match. It was virtually all Takahashi attacking the already injured right knee of Naito, leading to a decision by referee stoppage after like 5 minutes. This was easily the worst match of his storied career, that Ive viewed at least. Honestly, this match probably deserves a lower rating than the 3 I gave it."
