Adam Pearce vs. Colt Cabana

[5.0] "Big title win for Cabana but man they lacked in engaging psychology here. So much of this match felt like Adam doing the bare minimum and not in an admirable way. Cabana shedding color was great as well as when he got Pearce to in return but there wasn't many memorable moves or moments for a 22 minute match and that's disappointing."

[8.0] "This felt like a very old school-style match. Colt Cabana had great babyface charisma in this match, and the crowd were definitely behind him. Adam Pearce was a good, old-fashioned heel. It was a classic good guy vs bad guy match, and the crowd bought into it (and I mostly did as well). The story was simple but effective. There was great action on top of it too. Colt Cabana's victory was definitely a feel good moment. Nothing mindblowing, in my opinion, but very good."

[9.0] "This felt like a flat out fight, which is exactly what I expected to see from these two considering how bitter their rivalry became over the years. He may or may not like the moniker, but there is a certain old school mentality to Pearce as champion, the heelish ways he stalls and cheats to stay one step ahead of the hard fighting Cabana. Both guys ended up bloody, which is aces in my book. I think there was room to be even more intense so I can't give it the very top marks, but it was definitely a pretty great match."
