[7.0] "Good match where there was a lot of drama because of the 'You're Fired Match' stipulation. Jericho's heel work throughout the match was great, Bischoff gets in a lot of cheap shots for good measure. Jericho works the back a lot and Cena sells it well where he cant do his AA finisher the first time he attempts it and it gets reversed into the Walls which is locked in for an extended amount of time because of Bischoff pulling the rope away from Cena. Cena eventually overcomes the odds as usual and gets the win and the way Jericho committed to the angle where he's dragged off kicking and screaming by security made it very satisfying. We would have to wait for 2 years before we saw Jericho again after this match."

Thankfully, it wasn't too long and Cena did do this fun thing where he would sell his back for the FU, i don't really remember him doing that often. Its also fun to watch Chris get fired. He really goes for it."

His heat segment is a bit over the place and there's no clear setup for the Boston Crab. Even with that, the way he gains control is underhanded enough for it to feel satisfying when he loses. John sell of the back keeping him from delivering the AA on his first attempt is a clear highlight and makes it even better when he is able to pull it off. Also have to mention the struggle to fight off th superplex attempt."

[6.0] "Slightly better than their match just the night before but only due to Jericho performing much better and a slightly better story as well. Jericho was quite desperate here and Cena was really good as the resilient champion although I do agree that the stipulation felt forced considering they just fought each other the night before. Crowd investment was there and borderline good IMO. (**3/4)"

[7.0] "Another amazing performance by Chris Jericho. For the second night in a row, and, disappointingly, his last night in the company until 2007, he made the by this point insufferable (both in and out of the ring), ridiculously unready main eventer John Cena look like a million pounds. Cena wasn't very good as per usual but that can't be helped. This was even better than their Summerslam match. Looking back at some of Jericho's heel work in this feud with John Cena in 2005, it's disappointing Chris couldn't have been like this his entire career. The post match stuff with him begging and pleading for Bischoff to not fire him was a classic heel performance, and ensured he exited the company on a high note. ***3/4 for the match."

[6.0] "The final match of the feud between Chris Jericho and John Cena is not great as the one the day before. The stipulation feels really forced. It's the start of Super-Cena, when he can survive every single move. ***"
