[7.0] "The wrestling I like : very technical and stiff as hell. An all-packaged action in just seven minutes. Great showcase for both guys, surely Woods as Garcia has established himself as AEW's young punks."

[7.0] "Very nice aggressive technical match, you get what it says on the tin with this one. A lot of mat work, nice striking, some raw power moves, good selling in general. They got in and got out in under 7 minutes to put Garcia over while giving Woods some shine. ***1/4+"

[7.0] "As close to the ROH Pure style as you'll get on AEW TV. Josh Woods took a lot of the match, and it was his greater experience against top line guys that helped Daniel Garcia get the win here."

[7.0] "Really fun technical affair between Garcia and Woods here as you would expect because when you see these two guys on paper you already know what kind of match to expect, they're two true masters of that style and they proved it again here in this short period of time. I'm a little bit disappointed that they only got six short minutes but luckily they were of very good quality, with more time I'm convinced it could have been something great but I still enjoyed it so I'm not going to do the negative guy. Garcia is really excellent between the ropes even though I know he's not a crowd pleaser, he's a very good striker as well as a tremendous technical wrestler as is Josh Woods so the two connected perfectly together. The result was never in doubt but nothing disturbing for a format like this, give me Josh Woods on this show every week against guys like Wheeler Yuta or Angelico please."
