[6.0] "An interesting twist to this year's anniversary show is that tonight the heavy & jr tag champs face-off. Charlton brings up interesting facts from Taguchi & Goto's shared training past in-that Taguchi's rep was one of focus-seriousness, and my how times have changed. The best moments of this involved these two, both 20 year vets, in a very rare spot of working against each other. Wato aquitted himself well; Y-Hashi was thankfully mostly a non-entity. 3 1/6"

Only nitpick was the incredibly long time Goto was in the ankle lock and the minimal selling of his leg afterwards, but other than that a fun match with lots of nice tag team moves, partners saving their teammate, pretty much everything you'd expect in a good tag match."

As good as Yoshi-Hashi and Goto can be in the final moments of a match, they do stretch believability at times with the amount of time they're both allowed to stay in the ring at the same time."

This was a nice match with two teams refusing to lose with their titles pride, and their teams pride, on the line. Predictable ending, I think 6 or 9 probably needed the win more to help further establish them, but good match anyway."
