[8.0] "While this line-up on paper looks almost AI generated, this was a great MITB ladder match with a surprising but very popular winner. Great action and some insane and reckless bumps, as per usual with these matches, and a fantastic way to start of the show."

"A good MITB match, nothing that screams masterpiece, but it's worth watching. Aside from "Botch Cara's" injury and some questionable members of Corre it had a good run. 7/10"

[8.0] "It's a great match that is also one of the longest Money in the Bank ladder matches ever. A lot of them were under 20 minutes, so giving them a bit more time made sense since there were eight guys in the match."

[9.0] "Good God, I loved this match to death. So much going on and so much history between every participant in this match that it's hard not to love. Cody was in his face guard phase, which wasn't my favorite, but Sin Cara looked good before being carted out. Daniel Bryan gets his biggest victory so far in the WWE."

[6.0] "Pretty good match with an absolutely great choice to win the briefcase. Some cool high spots like Sheamus powerbombing Sin Cara through a ladder on the outside and Gabriel's 450 off the ladder, fun stuff. The lineup is very unmoving with 3/4 of the former Corre, but they do a solid job. It does feel a bit sluggish and like it drags on too long, but not so bad that I'm begging for it to end. Mainly came out of it happy for Bryan."

[5.0] "Very forgettable MITB ladder match. Goes on for too long, very standard action with simple bumps and weird moments where they wait around for spots to happen. Weak ending with very little buildup. Daniel Bryan was the right winner, but not much else here."

[8.0] "This one really finds its feet in the second half. Some stand out performances from Bryan and Justin Gabriel. Sin Cara's injury spot worked well. A little bit too much weak climbing the ladder but overall a great MITB."

[9.0] "A great match with some pitch perfect spots, Sun Cara and Bryan were the two stars for me, beautiful wrestling from both of them and even though Cara was taken out early he still showed us his talent. Bryan definitely needed this win and he got it, great match."

[8.0] "It's a great moment for Daniel Bryan who was already starting to show his talent in WWE (something that had been going on for years) and finally, he was able to get the briefcase. It was a good wrestling, although I don't know why they did that injury to Sin Cara, I thought it would come out but it didn't. Otherwise, pretty good and entertaining."

[10.0] "A brilliant MITB ladder match with all men involved with really fantastic action and spots throughout and Bryan was a great choice to win the match."

[4.0] "Solid MITB, my main issue is that it seems to drag out at times. This was really apparent near the end of the match where it felt like they were kind of just standing around and waiting for things to happen. Also Sheamus setting up the ladders kind of didn't make sense and it was obvious he was setting up for a spot when he climbed the ladder. I did like the sense of urgency at the start of the match, loved the multiple spots of everyone flying out of the ring. The Sheamus powerbomb to Sin Cara was really good and he sold it really well, though I wish he could have stayed in the match."

[6.0] "This match had its fair share of impressive spots and bumps, but it drags on for ages with very little action in between the spots. These matches should have a fast pace, especially with 8 people in this one over the normal number of six. Everything takes forever to build up to and the finish is something of an afterthought."

[6.0] "This match was better than I expected when looking at the line up. Some very nasty looking spots which were good, only complaint would be that there was too many competitors. MITB matches should be 6 competitors as the 8 here was a little crowded. Also was a smart way to write Sin Cara off TV at the time"

[8.0] "A really really good money in the bank ladder match which was well paced with lots of good spots, some nasty looking bumps and great performances and great result!"

[8.0] "A underrated ladder match that you probably wouldnt expect looking at this random group of guys in it none of these guys at the time were really over which you could tell just off the entrances but they did a great job getting the crowd to care and keeping them hot. Some great spots and a great showings from Bryan sheamus and even sin Cara/ Mistico brief time in the match was good. A hell of a finish and the right winner with Bryan getting his rightfully deserved moment. 4/5"

[8.0] "This was a good ladder match. Quick start especially with Sin Cara, who shined at the beginning. Really good spots at the start too. It slowed down and dragged in the middle but the finish with the winner getting the briefcase saved this match for me. I wasn't expecting him to win it but he did. (You're welcome for not spoiling it.)"

[5.0] "While this match is worlds better than the second MITB match of this night, it's still not what I would call a great match. It's enjoyable enough, and there's enough to see here to keep you happy, but it's far from great. For a ladder match it had...a shockingly small amount of ladder uses. While I appreciate very much that this match kept the crazy bumps to only a small handful, the ladders weren't really used in other ways. This almost didn't even feel like a ladder match, as a large portion of the middle of this match, there weren't even ladders in the ring. Then after that middle portion, it just became a revolving door of people attempting to get it and getting stopped for the next person to try and get stopped until it was over. I also feel it was much too long. 5-10 minutes could have been shaved off this match with nothing of value being lost. The ending sequence of attempt after attempt with no one building drama or excitement with their attempts felt close to comical. There's certainly fun and enjoyment to be had watching this match, and if it was booked and timed a bit better, I'd have given it a higher score, but I wouldn't even come close to calling this a stellar match."

[9.0] "Super fun match, probably could've done with slightly less people but hey still very enjoyable. 8.5/10"

[8.0] "What a great way to kick off a great PPV. Pretty much everyone involved got to do something interesting here, including Sin Cara, in what I believe was the best showing the original incarnation ever had in WWE. Outside of him, the story around the former Corre members was handled well, Sheamus and Kane got to brutalize smaller people, and Rhodes and Bryan got to have their spots too. There are two issues that hold this match back however. 1, I think it went on for a bit too long for its own good. 2, Michael Cole. Just, heel Michael Cole. He got on my nerves on commentary and that has taken away from my enjoyment of the match."

[6.0] "thought this was a lot longer than it needed to be with not much flow. theres some really nice spots in here tho, sin cara got powerbombed so hard. gabriel doing a 450 off the ladder was really sick. good to see bryan win, he was the glue to this match, and got a huge pop. solid opener albeit not one of the best mitb matches. ***"

[8.0] "Nice to watch a great MITB match after the clusterfuck that was WM26. Even with 8 participants which is still more than enough, everyone here gets a little moment and a chance to shine. Justin Gabriel's little hopping ladder spot (which is the smart version of Kofi's stupid ladder stilts) and his brilliant 450 splash off the ladder which coulda gone horribly wrong. Probably Sin Cara's most impressive showing in his whole WWE career, going ham on everyone then eating a crunchy powerbomb thru the ladder by Sheamus. The Corre reuniting for a bit then turning on Wade cuz he's a dick. The tug of war between Barrett and Sheamus leading to the brogue kick on the ladder. And the brilliant guillotine choke by Bryan onto Cody on top of the ladder while Barrett sneaks up behind them both and goes for the briefcase, only for Bryan to knock him off and pull it down. Great match, the right winner, can't really complain. ****"

[9.0] "One of the best Money in the Bank matches of all time and one of the best PPV openers I've seen. There were lots of great spots here like Sheamus powerbombing Cara through a ladder, Gabriel's 450 off a ladder bridge, and a fun callback to the Corre with Wade's attempt to form an alliance with Heath and Gabriel."

[9.0] "One of the best Money in the Bank ladder matches ever made and a great opener for Money in the Bank 2011. The most remembered spot is undoubtedly Sheamus's Powerbomb on Sin Cara, but my favorite is when Heath Slater gets "stabbed" with a ladder by Sheamus and Wade Barrett and then gets thrown out of the ring. Plus, Daniel Bryan's victory was unexpected"

[9.0] "A massive opener for the historic PPV in WWE's modern era. All eight men had pretty much time to get their shine especially Cara for taking a gnarly powerbomb at the hands of Sheamus. Kane as the experienced powerhouse was a great dynamic while Rhodes & Bryan thrived in their own style at different occasions. The freshly split Corre (Gabriel, Slater & Barrett) had a nice moment of almost working together then turning the backs. Bryan winning was a huge surprise as this moment enacted as the launchpad to Bryan's transition from a newbie to a superstar in WWE. Had the timing been shaved off a few minutes bringing it under 20, this match could've been even better. 4.25 out of 5 stars!"

[8.0] "Really good ladder match with every wrestler involved getting some shine. They made the (probably wise) decision of taking out OG Sin Cara pretty early following a really gnarly powerbomb through a ladder on the outside by Sheamus, but not before he'd nailed some flashy spots; this is probably the best he looked at any point in his WWE run. Kane and Sheamus work well as the monsters in the match, Justin Gabriel hits a really impressive 450 with a tiny margin for error, Cody Rhodes looks great throughout, and even the fallout of the woeful Corre faction is handled pretty well. Daniel Bryan plays the scrappy underdog perfectly and him winning over match favourite Barrett is a really cool moment."

[9.0] "This is ar really good mitb match with spots all throughout the match and I think this is the match that catapolted daniel bryan to the main event picture. ****1/2"

[7.0] "Pretty good but nothing exceptional, i dunno why its being called a spot fest or lauded as one of the best ladder matches cause there was virtually no real spots other than Sin Cara being power bombed through the ladder and gabriels splash move, other than that its just a basic run of the mill ladder match that you always see. ***1/2"

[6.0] "Didn't do it for me. Pace was all over the place at times, not very interesting spots and the climax at the end wasn't good either. It feld quite flat and slow. Decent match, which becomes average when it's a Ladder match."

[8.0] "Fantastic MITB bombfest opener. I would say maybe it's a little too long clocking in at 20 mins plus, but there was never a dull moment at all. And DBryan winning was lit. [****]"

[9.0] "This was an awesome match, as you could expect with all these talents. There were no boring moments, no moments of respite, it was just a spot-fest from start to finish and even though none of the spots were memorable, they're all super sweet. Everyone was able to shine (some more than others of course), everyone had their moment and they all took some hard bumps, especially Sin Cara with that brutal Powerbomb by Sheamus which was for me the best spot of the entire match. I would have liked to see Justin Gabriel and Sin Cara shine a little bit more as they were the two high-flyers of the match but it's okay as they had their moments too. What I like about these multi-man ladder matches is that there are always all kinds of wrestlers, here you had brawlers, high-flyers, big man, fluid wrestlers, and it was definitely a fun mix. The result is what made Daniel Bryan a top star afterwards so it makes this match even more enjoyable, just fantastic stuff all around. Great opener."

[8.0] "I want to note the harmonious work of all participants in this match. In all MITB matches, there are 1 or 2 wrestlers who are lost against the rest of the performers. The spot with Sin Cara looked dangerous."

[9.0] "This isn't the craziest multi-man ladder match that WWE has put on over the years. What I mean by that is that there isn't a huge amount of those holy shit spots that could be put on video packages for years to come, but what I think this has most of those other multi-man ladder matches beat is the flow; right from the get go the thing just flows super well, and it continues to do so for the rest of its runtime. There's no dull moments whatsoever, it's just super fun action with everybody getting some proper time to shine -- one standout was Sin Cara's run on the offense; he looked very good with his flippy stuff, and then the way that said run ended by the hands of Sheamus was absolutely awesome in all of its glorious brutality. The finishing sequence with Bryan & Barrett also rules, and the result is a genuine feel-good moment. The post-match with Bryan getting overwhelmed by the crowds reaction to his victory is some heartwarming stuff as well. So it's a great match + the ending/result is fantastic, which makes it a really sweet deal all around."

[3.0] "Imagine jumping through videos on Youtube and coming across a video which is just a compilation of regular moves, mostly the same few over and over, and the occasional basic plastic ladder bump. Also imagine that video was dubbed with Michael Cole ranting about nerds instead of talking about the action and that the video lasted nearly 25 minutes. On top of that, imagine that a shaky camera effect was added to cover the entire thing so that you can't really see any of the bigger bumps anyway. Would you watch that? I wouldn't. Overcrowded, overlong, overly basic and boring. There's no match to be found, just a collection of moves and poor camera work. This might be the worst ladder match I've seen so far, and I'm not someone who hates the gimmick. I feel like I'm acting like a troll here because of the other ratings but I honestly do not see anything other than a chore in this match. It's a near 25 minute spot-fest without any memorable spots. On that note, it doesn't even really have very many high spots, so it under-delivers on just about everything."

[9.0] "This is an excellent match, with tons of action, multiple stories that get their resolution, daredevil antics (thank you Sin Cara) and most importantly the best received Money In The Bank Winner in memory. One of the feel good moments of the year."

[8.0] "This was lot of fun. Everybody had their spot. Maybe like a opening match I would did it little bit shorter but I understand that there were 8 wrestlers who needed place to shine. Sin Cara did his offense in good style and Sheamus killed him as it should be. Daniel Bryan was perfect choice for the winner. Also this had some dull moments, the crowd forced my eyes to rolled up sometimes and the commentary... overall very good MITB match, hard to follow for another match on the show, ***3/4."

[10.0] "One of the best editions of MITB, perhaps not the number one of all time but damn it is good. Many intersecting threads and stories, and many interesting choices to win. Doesn't rely only on spots but has a lot of stuff to hang it's hat on. Hot crowd as well and a good winner, what a great opener here."

[8.0] "Really fun spots mixed in with some wrestling even in a ladder match, highlight of the match was Justin Gabriels awesome 450 splash in the tightest of spaces from the corner of the ring off a ladder. ****"

[8.0] "Awesome Money in the Bank ladder match. Felt extremely fresh thanks to all the new faces involved in this one. I believe only Kane & Cody Rhodes had been in a previous MITB match. The finish was very surprising to me as I was fully expecting Wade Barrett or Cody Rhodes to win. I also like how Cody Rhodes always looks really great in Money in the Bank matches, like it's a specialty. I hope he wins one to add to this."

[10.0] "This was the craziest damned car-crash spotfest ladder match I think I've ever seen, I mean this was comparable to the original infamous trilogy of TLC matches ten years ago. I can't even do this match justice, and I'm already drained completely after this match. How can anything follow that? Bryan's win was incredibly shocking and hugely emotional, and that crowd popped for it like he was Shawn Michaels or something. The best ladder match in a long, long time and likely a serious contender for Match of the Year. ****Ÿ"

[9.0] "One of my favorite ladder matches in the WWE, it had great spots and great pacing. It was an adrenaline rush there was no slow moment in the match. I was very happy with the winner of this match."
