Hiromu Takahashi vs. Ryohei Oiwa

[6.0] "Takahashi showed great disrespect towards Oiwa here but if we are being honest, Taka made Oiwa look like a million bucks. At moments he hung with Hiromu, at times he was on top, and even when he was losing he showed great fighting spirit. He didn't win and maybe didn't even get as much offence in, but he looked great even still."

Hiromu brought back memories of him being manhandled by Ishii back when he was a young lion himself and absolutely wrecked Oiwa's chest with blistering chops with no lost motion. Hiromu worked on Oiwa's back and despite Oiwa's valiant counter-efforts, the obvious outcome was Oiwa submitting as Hiromu is leaps and bounds ahead and Oiwa has much to learn. ***1/4"
