[7.0] "This was as chaotic and fun as you'd want an opener to be. Reminds me of a opening tag match from 2002 SD."

[6.0] "Great match with some of the most underrated guys in not only WWE but wrestling in general. Shame that most of them are totally wasted"

[7.0] "A little too chaotic to be truly great, or even to show these teams at their best, but even with those considerations it was still a very good match."

[7.0] "Fast-paced, quality action that was better than most Main-Roster offerings - The chaos on-the-floor masked whatever preventative that stymied Roderick from further continuing. It's only from reading here that I learned hot-tag Roddy suffered an injury; I most certainly hope it isn't too-serious. 3 1/4 rounded-up as the bout kept Gunther looking like a final boss."

[7.0] "It was unlucky that Roderick Strong got injured. A reason to hold a rematch in the future. Due to the injury, everything turned out to be more crumpled than expected, but still everyone gave their best and showed a normal duel."

[7.0] "Nice Opener here between the two best factions in NXT, Imperium starting strong with an attack before the bell made sense to give them the wins, Its very likely the Creeds win the Dusty Cup and if they do I'm looking forward to their match with Barthel and Aichner."

[7.0] "Very good start to the show with this match. These two are having a fun rivalry so far and it's being kept simple but effective. The work by WALTER (I'm not considering Gunther anymore) was solid and on point as well as the other five men. Creed Brothers are my pick for the Dusty Classic winners and it still stands. 3.5 out of 5 stars!"

[8.0] "For me: this is the best possible match you can have in this situation. The two most wrestling oriented teams, in a very cool bout full of storytelling and good spots."

[5.0] "A strange match, not sure what was going on with Roderick Strong but whatever it was, it hurt the match considerably. There were some sloppy moments and it had a disjointed feel."

[7.0] "It was a fun, hard hitting and chaotic 3 man tag team match to open the show. Both team got their moments and it builds nicely Gunther as he's only really starting in NXT. The fans where chanting WALTER at him, so it'll take some time for the weird name change to get accepted."

[7.0] "Good opening six man tag, however the name change to Gunther is not taking as everyone in the building was chanting WALTER at him. As much as we really shouldn't deadname people, the reasoning behind the change makes this an OK reaction. Good showcase for the Creed Brothers, who I think will go on to win the Men's Dusty and challenge Imperium for the titles."
