AJ Gray vs. Alex Colon vs. G-Raver vs. Jimmy Lloyd vs. Jordan Oliver vs. PCO vs. Tony Deppen

[5.0] "While this match had tons of brutal botches I found it to be one of the damnedest indy ladder matches ive seen in quite some time. It's like a car crash, not pretty but I couldnt really look away. Entertaining for all the right and wrong reasons"

[2.0] "Even if this didn't have the worst botch, or numerous botches, the pacing was simply off and the production made a good ladder match impossible. If you're going to make a complicated gimmick match, you have to build your show around delivering on that match - not just stick a ladder in the ring and tell the boys "Have at it! " with no planning."

[3.0] "Unfortunately, this match won't be remembered in a positive way. There were just a lot of botches, while PCO did well for his age, he almost broke Oliver's neck with that piledriver. I don't remember who (not out of disrespect, I genuinely not watching GCW), but one wrestler climbed to the top of the ladder and did a senton dive, but he almost slipped and the senton came off awkward, so that was scary. You also had Gray falling of on the ladder. If anything, Oliver did well in this match and most of his offense looked good. As for the match, it was way too sloppy to get going. *1/2"

[3.0] "Very disappointing match. This was the very first GCW event that I ever streamed live, and this match just did not give a good representation of what I had heard about GCW."

[7.0] "This was not the best ladder match in history, you can even called this match sloppy but the spots was wild and at the end of the day the match is fun."

[3.0] "I expected a lot more considering the talent involved but this was a shitshow. Just a sloppy and botchfilled mess."

[2.0] "The perfect encapsulation of this entire show. Some genuinely talented wrestlers saddled with unsafe and talentless performers like PCO and G-Raver. PCO nearly broke Jordan Oliver's neck with an unprotected piledriver onto a ladder that looked terrible and hurt like hell, AJ Gray flopped off a ladder trying to do something cool, there were a million and one botches, and the ref didn't even ring the bell. A clusterfuck from top to bottom and not even in a fun way."

[3.0] "This was one of the messiest & sloppiest ladder match I've ever seen. It was chaotic, in a bad way. It was rough to watch, especially with the botches."

[5.0] "A chaotic duel, as the overall integrity of the match never happened. There are many beautiful moments, but the overall structure has collapsed, I do not know why."

[5.0] "Sloppy ladder match, that's not good. Some spots were incredible but the pace of the match was very slow, also some botches that made the match not memorable. **1/4"

[2.0] "Extremely sloppy with some horrible botches. Most of the action in between spot lacked any sort of intensity. The finish also was underwhelming at best. A very rough start to this event."

[6.0] "I can't call this match good but it was amazing as just being a car crash match with some INCREDIBLY dangerous looking spots. Seriously, these guys are destined to have someone die on a pay-per-view. And of course, the botches, lol. I can't bring myself to hate this match though. *2.25*"

[4.0] "Set the stage for a janky night. Some cool spots and Tony Deppen was good, just so little that was clean. People slipping off ladders, and a botched interference."

[5.0] "It was a decent ladder match. There were some solid spots but also some rough mistakes. The match didn't really draw me in but it was watchable enough."

[6.0] "Hard to rate this mate because when everything went well it was great, but there were so many botches that took away from it."

[3.0] "The Botch Festival was very "great to see", the botch from AJ Gray is one that I will never forget in my life"

[7.0] "There were some wild spots in this match' Those dudes all took risks for us and it was pretty awesome to watch. Glad AJ won. Glad AJ didn't die by ladder."

[4.0] "Pretty rough outing here. Some stuff did look good but there was a lot that looked bad unfortunately with a lot of logic gaps at times in the spots. Like a lot of the talent in this match but not the best way to kick off the show."

[3.0] "This match was just a cluster for me props for some of the crazy bumps we saw in this match but what was this not a good way to start off the show at this could of been a lot better in my opinion so so many botched in this one."

[7.0] "I think a lot of the spots in this match were pretty great. I was definitely into the match. Some of the botches didn't really bother me because frankly, ladder matches are always a little botchy. I just didn't understand the finish with AJ Gray who didn't really need the win. Also I don't think commentary did any favors to selling the psychology of the match (ie AJ Gray was protecting his title by winning)."

[4.0] "This match should have been nuts and was but not for the reason of it being so on purpose. So many blown spots, looked like AJ may have got injured. Who put a painting ladder out there' Jordan tried running up it and it would've probably collapsed. Tony Deppen was, as usual, a bright spot here. He rarely works as a high flyer and showed it ALLL off here. He did some spots that regular high flyers look like theyre going to die on. Easily one of the best right now and he's just here."

[3.0] "I hate this stipulation, and boy did this match stink it up. Botches galore, with some very messy or missed spots."

[6.0] "Solid opening spot fest with some good high spots specially early on, it could'ved been better but it gets dragged down by some of the more sloppy moments and botches. Still a fine match though"

[3.0] "You can call it a "botch match". The booking of it, in it's bad execution, wasn't bad at all at the end of the day, but..."

[5.0] "A very messy match with a lot of high spots but not a lot of purpose or flow. The guy not announced for the match won it after doing nothing other than the dumbest looking botch in years. At least Colon, Deppen, and PCO did a good job. **1/4"

[5.0] "Average multi-man ladder match. Few decent spots here and there, but nothing out of this world. Made no sense when G-Raver literally touched the brass ring, but decided to jump from the ladder."

[7.0] "Good opener with good ladder spots. As per this stipulation the match suffers at some points for the lack of pace, but a good opener in general. Gray, Deppen and Colon get to shine here and PCO is crazy as usual. A pity Gray's botch with the stairs, it looked especially painful, but happy with the winner and can't wait to see him challenge Mox."
