[7.0] "Very fun match with quite some history behind it, everyone involved did a great job, ZSJ was clean as always and Marufuji did a good job too, the 15 minutes really flew by like a breeze."

[6.0] "HaHa, NOAH vs NJPW! This is a well-chosen matchup. I Loved ZSJ's ring-entrance; he raises his arms over his former trainers in an ejaculation of triumph and superiority as NOAH never pushed ZSJ in late '14 as it should as I remember being pissed that he was past-over for the still relatively-new Osaka Pro boys. He is a great example of a NOAH failure and NJPW success. The match was a refreshing back-to-basics w/ the turncoats glad-to sell for the President and 55 yr old. I would have liked to have seen more-of ZSJ w/ Marufuji, but it was decided that fans would be more interested in nostalgia so much were two singles matches between former teammates and 2 decade old rivals. 3 1/8"

[7.0] "This was definitely the match that I was most looking forward to seeing. The history of Kanemaru against Marufuji after he jumped to New Japan and ZSJ going up against his old mentor made for an interesting match. Marufuji and Kanemaru are hardly in their prime but I remember them having a poor match in their prime. However this had its moments with Marufuji stiffing Kanemaru on a chop and Kanemaru going out of his way to piss everyone off. ZSJ didn't have much to do but him typing Ogawa up on an octopus while having Marufuji in an Indian deathlock was a great spot. Good match. ***1/2"

[8.0] "So much history in this match. Kanemaru's reunion with dudes he fought so many times as ZSJ face his mentor. That was smoothless. Ogawa taught some other things to his pupil as Kanemaru showed some great things against Marufuji and Ogawa. Some stiff moments as this was also technical. Superb display of psychology as well. Tremendous stuff."

[5.0] "This match had a lot of impressive technical action from Zack and Ogawa (who I had never seen before and I plan on changing that now) and the history between Marufuji and Kanemaru added to the story. However as usual tag rules were unfortunately not adhered to and tag psychology wasn't that well used. Also the outcome was predictable again in a NOAH win due to Kanemaru's standing in NJPW"

Sure, there wasn't the biggest of climax sequences, but there was enough of a rush and little things to make this one of the best undercard matches on the show."

[8.0] "This was excellent. Deep history between all four wrestlers and a fantastic match even when you remove the context. Zack Sabre Jr. looking to show how he has evolved to the man who taught him everything he once knew, but not everything he now knows. Yoshinari Ogawa reminding ZSJ that the old trope rings true: Ogawa taught Sabre everything that he knows, but not everything that Ogawa has up his sleeve. And their interactions were simply fantastic. More than chain wrestling; this was a brilliant story at play between two of the best technical wrestlers of all time. Additionally, Naomichi Marufuji was looking for catharsis. Yoshinobu Kanemaru had dominated their rivalry in an almost incomparable manner. And while he could not secure a singles win in a tag team setting, he could get the next best thing. Kanemaru simply reminded Marufuji of why he is the most dominant GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion ever. The wrestling in this one was pretty much impeccable, with several sequences worthy of the type of reaction we only wish we could hear. Kanemaru and Sabre also did a masterful job of working over the knee of Marufuji, which he sold quite well. In terms of the stories, wrestling, and the tremendous finish, I could not have asked for any more than this. About as tense as an exhibition match for charity gets. 4 stars, 8 out of 10."

[8.0] "Really good, both sides meshed really well here, with ZSJ and Ogawa going hold for hold with great technical wrestling, and Kanemaru and Marufuji mixing well with some Junior-esque style and striking. This is the best I've seen Kanemaru wrestle in years, perhaps going against an old rival in Marufuji brought out the best in him. Everything was super smooth, crisp looking, just a great match. Definitely recommend if you like any of these competitors."

[7.0] "This was a good match with a decent length. I don't like ZSJ's style of 30 different holds until suddenly one of them works, but it was fine here. Although, it is funny to see him take someone to the outside of the ring, and instead of run him into the barricade or do some sort of suplex, he starts working a limb with a hold. This is probably the best a ZSJ match can be. Marufuji and Kanemaru had a fun finishing sequence which elevates the match into solidly good instead of just decent."

Great team work from Nobu & Zack to try to limit Marufuji to one leg, Ogawa with some great hip toss reminds us a fondamental move to start wrestling and the final strech was perfect."

Marufuji/Kanemaru feud took more attention than Ogawa/Sabre, but I think it didn't hurt the match. Really wish to see single matches of them in the future, ****"

[7.0] "Good match, Ogawa and his students, started with some nice wrestling between Ogawa and ZSJ, I've seen people call ZSJ a "technical spot monkey", and yeah I agree, so it was nice to see him still being good while staying more controlled, Kanemaru and Marufuji then entered the ring and had a nice sequence, then the match turned into too much of beating up Marufuji, which I'm not really a fan of, but the match never lest much, the finishing stretch was very good, Kanemaru having some unexpected kick outs, and Maru finally doing the Shiranui for the win."

[6.0] "Very fun match with cool sequences and great Tag Work from both Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Zack Sabre Jr. Seeing these four men stepping into the ring together once again was great, and we had a lot of good technician skills from the four of them. The closing stretch between Naomichi Marufuji and Uncle Kanemaru was the best way to end this match. Really glad how it was booked. ***1/2"
