And that's not to say he's good here, he's not, but it doesn't last long enough to make me mad and Sakuraba getting his win back was a nice moment. It's not very interesting but it could have gone a lot worse."
[1.0] "A slow, underwhelming shoot-style match built around BJJ. Yawn. I appreciate the story with Sakuraba being the infamous "Gracie Hunter" and taking it to Rolles in his own style, and with the Jiujitsu dougi on and the like, but the actual in-ring work was sluggish and uninteresting, and as I'll generally say about these kinds of matches, if I wanted to watch something styled like MMA, I'd just watch MMA."
[6.0] "This wasn't too bad. Sakuraba lives up to his Gracie Hunter name and gets a ref stoppage victory inspired by Sakuraba's win over Renzo Gracie over pride. There's a nice ending sequence with Sakuraba reversing a chokehold from Rolles and gets a Keylock out of it. Rolles refuses to tap and the referee stops the match. Nothing too exciting, just a good match influenced by shoot-style obviously. ***1/2"
