The first fall was just an electric display of 1 v 1 action separated in three different exhibitions, the second one had the rudos gaining tons of heat and finally in the third one the tecnicos won. Everyone was just so great there, only Rey had some flaws here and there but his energy was off the charts and he got the big win. El Hijo Del Santo and Blue Panther were the MVPs in my opinion (as always), specially Santito who was fucking phenomenal. He is godly. |

After a slick but almost exhibition-feeling first fall, the rudos take a ton of heat in the second portion, thoroughly dominating and isolating Misterio in particular. That's paid off later, but only after a thrilling first fall which leads with more heat until exploding into beautiful fireworks. The match initially spotlights three seperate pairings and though it blends some from there, that groundwork allows later reunions to pack a great punch. ****1/4 |
| 7 | 03.02.2025 | danzitorock | 8.0 | Fantastic match, the beginning was really cool with the pairings of Panther/Santo, Rey/Psicosis and Octagon/Fuerza, every single one of them was interesting, but specially Blue Panther and Santito, two geniuses at their best, that was fantastic to watch, a total joy, truly magic. Rey Jr was another beast as well, what a freak of nature, quicker than the light, he's explosive and athletic here and performed incredibly well. The second fall was less dynamic, and the heels did more character-based stuff, a lot of heel work, in order to win the fall, and the third fall had a great climax, with every wrestler kinda having a big spot, and it went back to a stellar pace and many crazy moves. Second fall, the rudos worked on Rey then a close foul on Octagon eliminate him for the remaining of the fall. Classic comeback at the end, great match. |
