[4.0] "Not very exciting, to be honest. Siaki clearly has some potential, but his in-ring work isn't all that interesting and it looks like he won't be getting a proper singles push, while Monty is more engaging, though he still needs some polish. The match itself wasn't bad, but it dragged - it really should've been shorter and had more action."
[4.0] "An unremarkable match from these two, which is probably what was expected. You can see why early TNA might have high hopes for both of these guys, as they both look like stars, but Brown was really green here. It's wild that Brown went from challenging for the title the previous week to losing here."
[4.0] "This is fine, but this match goes a little long between these two I think; Monty Brown looked out of ideas on what to do at points. Sonny Siaki shockingly gets the win here, with Jeff Jarret coming out to cost Monty Brown the match. Sonny Siaki is starting to be booked pretty well around this time. Later in the show he extends an olive branch to the other Flying Elvis'."
[4.0] "This was a dull match. both guys a decently competent, but need an experienced hand to guide them through a match. Unfortunately, they didn't have that in this case. It resulted in and extremely boring match. It may have been only ten minutes, but it felt at least twice that."
[4.0] "Pretty basic stuff here. Monty Brown is really over with the crowd, as seen when he is punching Siaki on the outside. But he is still really green and Siaki is not the best rival to carry him. Some powermoves, but really slow and boring match. The finish was bad, Siaki shoudn't have won by a low blow and a rollup when Jarrett distracted Monty."
[4.0] "Being kind you can say that Montys work is competent but he really does need someone experienced to hold his hand and guide him through a match. At this point in his career, he would have been served better by being put in a tag team and there to take the hot tag. This was a slog."
[5.0] "This was an ok match, Monty Brown seemed to look far better than Siaki despite being a relative rookie. Of course Siaki would get the much better push in the immediate future, but oh well, what can you do?"
