[6.0] "Powers Of Pain needed guys like the Rockers to bounce off them to make for an interesting match. Rockers do most of the work with the POP countering with power stuff."
[8.0] "A fun tag team match. I liked that every time The Rockers got the advantage in the match over The Powers Of Pain they needed to get creative with their tag moves. 4/5"
[10.0] "It may be difficult to understand because it uses a translation function. I'm surprised at the low ratings and number of votes for this match. This is Powers of Pain's best match, and also Rockers' best match. This match encapsulates the appeal of the Rockers. Both attacking and receiving were great. Especially in this match, Jannetty's sense is exploding. Personally, I think this is a better match than the Oriental Express match at Royal Rumble."
[9.0] "I remember watching that match in the 2000's when the international version of Smackdown showcased one old match and I was a big fan. Rewatching it now in 2024, this is one hell of a match. Michaels & Jannetty were so great in that opening babyface shine. Jannetty took some incredible bumps and I like the sudden finish."
[7.0] "I am a big fan of Shawn Michaels as a young tag team guy. Marty Jannetty bumped like a mad man for Barbarian and Warlord. The Rockers are the kind of team that makes you miss when wrestling was simpler from an alignment standpoint."
[5.0] "This was a decent enough match, but they clearly weren't working at full speed - at least, the Powers weren't. Jannetty drew face in peril for the match and sold his ass off throughout. This has a very flat Fuji DQ that keeps this from being anything special, but it was still above average work while it lasted."
