[6.0] "It's a bit of a mess, and the Butcher had a tough time taking Ishii's suplexes, but Ishii acquitted himself well-enough and I felt satisfied watching Ishii getting an opportunity on a big American stage. 2 2/3 rounded-up"
[3.0] "I didn't even know this match happened until I was going through the AEW shows I missed. I guess there's a reason no one was really talking about this one. Ishii on national television is awesome to see, but this match was forgettable. Ishii and Cassidy didn't click together as a team and B&B aren't very interesting to say the least. Ishii doing his signature spots was fun to see in a different environment so I'll give it that. **"
[8.0] "This was pretty great. Ishii is a boss, OC is hilarious, B&B can put on a surprisingly great contest, this all added up well. Everyone felt fired up, another great match on an awesome show. *3.75*"
[7.0] "This was a pretty good tag match though I wish we could have gotten more from Ishii. Cassidy's stuff was funny as usual and B&B looked badass with their offense."
[7.0] "Butcher and Blade had the time of their lives against Ishii. You feel they were fired up and threw some big punches to him. Simple but effective story, they were also here to humiliate Cassidy. Very effective shit, everybody including myself was thrilled by this."
[7.0] "Adding OC & Best Friends to CHAOS is such a great move on the part of AEW & NJPW. Cassidy & Ishii as a tag team is the kind of mismatch I'm all about. I love seeing The Butcher just do stuff, it's a huge shame that he re-injured himself apparently. Ishii vs Butcher in a singles match is something I wanted as soon as I heard Ishii was doing a US tour, and Ishii's interactions with him in this proved that it would've been a banger, and they got a crowd that was probably mostly unfamiliar with Ishii into him instantly. OC's comebacks are always sick and Ishii getting the win was the right call I think to put over CHAOS as a unit. CHAOS vs HFO is a bit bland especially with Butcher out again, but hey we might see Okada vs Matt Hardy just for the novelty of it. ***1/4"
[6.0] "This was very fun but far from a full Ishii showcase. I like The Butcher, but it makes sense to learn he'd sustained an injury early in the match, since the seemed a bit tentative in some of his movements. I'd definitely like to see Orange Cassidy and Ishii team more in the future."
[7.0] "Tomohiro Ishii is one of the greatest workers ever, and he felt right at home in AEW, despite this being his AEW debut match. He perfectly adapted to the North American Mainstream shenanigan style beautifully. Tomohiro Ishii should remind a lot of casual fans of Mike Tyson. Rating for this match: ***1/2"
[9.0] "I can't help but feel like Ishii is in constant pain, but he still puts on a great show. I had a blast with this completely oddball tag match, great stuff."
[4.0] "The Butcher looks great but looked clunky and had little chemistry with Ishii. It was exciting when they finally got in together but was leaving a lot to be desired. Also Ishii looked fairly tame in this match. He and Orange didn't really mesh as a team. Ishii is incredible at what he does but this match felt vanilla like it would be on third at a New Japan show."
[6.0] "This was a fine tag match. Started a bit slow but it picked up towards the end. It was a little overbooked at the end and the Blade attempting the brass knuckles and failing is very overdone. Otherwise this was fine, and Tomohiro looked pretty good. [**3/4]"
[8.0] "Loved it. All wrestlers put on a pretty good performance, but the highlight of the match was Tomohiro Ishii. I love the AEW and NJPW partnership"
[7.0] "CHAOS linking up with the Best Friends is delightfully weird, and Ishii and OC make a great odd couple team. The main point of this match was to show an American crowd what Ishii can do, and it did that perfectly, while everyone else got their chance to show what they can do. Great fun."
[4.0] "This was what you thought it would be. Nothing out of the ordinary, but fun to watch due to Tomohiro Ishii and Orange Cassidy, and I must say, these two have a pretty good chemistry! Hope to see more of Cinder Block Tom on AEW. ***"
[6.0] "Standard stuff but undeniably fun. The visual of Ishii with the Best Friends was hilarious and the hoss off between Ishii and The Butcher was a lot of fun."
[6.0] "It was somewhat sloppy, but damn it was awesome. Tomohiro Ishii on national television in the United States of America. His interactions with both The Butcher and The Blade were fantastic, with the traditional Ishii moves getting deserved pops from the crowd. The massive Superplex on The Butcher was a ridiculous display of power. And Orange Cassidy brought the perfect dose of comedy for ideal balance. 3.25 stars, 6.5 out of 10. A solid match and a heck of a moment."
[5.0] "This was a strange match. The Hardy Family Office v. Best Friends feud has long outlived its stay, and is getting to the point where it's becoming seriously detrimental to both Orange Cassidy and those associated with the HFO. I couldn't get into the match. With all due respect to both competitors, it wasn't something I wanted to see on national television. Ishii looked decent, though, and Butcher and Blade deserve a little more than to be associated with Matt Hardy's mid-card act."
[8.0] "This wasn't the best match on the show but it was the most fun, the crowd ate it up. Seeing Ishii teaming with Orange Cassidy was surreal but it was awesome. He didn't even have to go all out to show how good he is. Also, Blade and Butcher are actually very good so let's get them out of the HFO and start treating them a bit more seriously please. Hope Ishii comes back soon. ***3/4"
[5.0] "This was such a weird way to use Ishii but I guess New Japan did not want their guys to lose anymore and AEW didn't have a singles star they wanted to let lose that would mean anything. This was very average even if it was cool seeing Ishii on my TV **1/2"
[6.0] "The match was very good, but the emotional impact was nullified by the fact that we have seen Cassidy battle Hardy Family Office in so many different matches that the program has long outlived its usefulness. Hopefully, the outcome here is enough to bring the feud to an end."
[7.0] "Really fun match between the two teams, though I wish Ishii was able to do more than just his greatest hits but I'm not shocked after Suzuki. Still, he had some great moments especially with The Butcher, who also felt like a star here too."
[7.0] "It's crazy to see that OC and Ishii are representing CHAOS. The match was nice, a little bit overbooked but you would expect this from the sole (! ) cartoonish heel stable in the HFO. Also, great for Butcher that he paused his tour for this, one could see that he loved being in the ring with the Pitbull. The big men hitting each other part of the match was great."
