[4.0] "I get this is their first time working together, I just felt that their chemistry in the ring wasn't as good than it would be in a few years time. An okay match."
[2.0] "The first big match after Austin wins the KOTR and hes already got the energy of a badass during the ring announcements. He attacks Taker from behind at the bell. The match is quite boring though. Its sluggish and underwhelming. Its better than Taker facing monsters but hes just not a very interesting wrestler once the lights go on. This thankfully ended when Goldust interfered to cause a DQ. This was ungodly dull unfortunately. *"
[5.0] "same as with the first fight. By the names, this is a very promising fight, but still, Austin, despite the victory in the king of the ring, is not yet in the status to compete with the Coffin on equal terms. Plus, in the future they will not have direct wow matches. I will put 5/10, something was normal, but a passer."
[7.0] "For some reason I enjoyed this more than most of their other matches. The pace was decent and they were a lot less reliant on restholds than usual. Paul Bearer and King added some colour to it at ringside and it was fun to see Austin working as a heel."
