I am now no fan of Zayne, because this match was just okay. Everything Fox did was great and creative and alot of was Zayne did was eh or botched. He is a great spot guy for the scrambles and stuff, but I'm shocked that he was signed for as long as he was with performances like this. My enjoyment of this match leaned on AR Fox, but that only goes so far. Wasn't bad, but was one of the weaker undercard matches. |

| 11 | 25.09.2021 | TheLegitBoss | 8.0 | Really cool stuff from Alex Zayne and AR Fox in the opening match-up of this stacked card, I had high expectations for this match as it pitted two of the most innovative workers in the independent scene against each other and it was pretty obvious that they would deliver in a setting like this. GCW couldn't have made a better choice than to put them in the opener because this is exactly the kind of match that will get the crowd in the mood for the rest of the night, starting a show with an Alex Zayne match is already a success anyway and this was a lot of fun. They both clicked well and it was eleven minutes of good action, we saw some fire sequences and innovative moves, it was all very fluid on top of that despite that little botch from Zayne that kind of hurted the dynamic. A very fun bout that I enjoyed from start to finish. |
