[8.0] "The singles matches between Daiki Inaba and Kenoh are always highly enjoyable. I think Kenoh is Inaba's best opponent; he always brings out the best in Daiki, even when the booking isn't necessarily in his favor. Inaba did a lot of work early on Kenoh's leg, preventing him from using his killer kicks. It gradually builds into a big slugfest, kicks versus chops, culminating in Kenoh's excellent power-forward finish."
[8.0] "Another very good match, tied with Nakajima/Suzuki. In addition, I have to commend Daiki Inaba for yet another impressive showing. His outing with Kenou was great in terms of synchronicity, chemistry, and continuity of the match. There were some great moments too with Inaba having the upper-hand. Inaba mainly focused on damaging the effectiveness of Kenou's kick strikes by targeting his legs relentlessly leaving no chances that would allow him to recover and recoup. Kenou concentrated his attacks on the abdominal region of Inaba. It had a hard-hitting touch to it as well but eventually it was Kenou that would prevail but Inaba gave him a run for his money challenging Kenou to the limit and utilizing all of his skill. ****1/4"
[6.0] "The action was more urgent and intense than the previous match, though a few minutes shorter and with two individuals with less-of-a-past than Nakajima/Suzuki. Daiki looked feisty here turning the action in his favor with superior strength & shoulder-tackles. I bought into his final near-fall, a lovely high bridging Tiger Suplex. Perhaps they worked at-a-greater-speed knowing Mutoh was coming next. Solid 3 1/6 - 1/4, can't really decide which of the two middle matches on-this-show were better."
[8.0] "Inaba worked really well as the underdog of this match. His selling of Kenoh's kicks and bursts of energy were really entertaining. Kenoh also worked well as the dominant badass he always is."
[6.0] "Daiki has great fighting spirit. His strikes, selling and all around facial expressions are great. If he had a slightly spicier moveset I'd happily have him in place of Kaito as top squeaky clean babyface. Kenoh was OK but felt overshadowed. Great near fall towards the end, which actually made the quick Kenoh win quite underwhelming."
[8.0] "Another slow match in day 3 of N-1, but it was a good one. I do think that if they had went slightly faster and had a crowd, I would have liked the match a bit more. Inaba had his game plan of trying to cut down Kenoh by targeting the legs, but it didn't work. Inaba since coming back from his injury has been solid and he still has a lot of fresh matches to be had in NOAH. 8/10"
[7.0] "Pretty good match that, like a couple other matches, felt like it could be something special, it weird, I don't there has been a stand out match this N-1, tho I do think this is one of the best thus far, Inaba looked better than I expected from him, Kenoh was Kenoh as usual, which is good, but I think the lack of it feeling special was on him. The finishing stretch was great."
[7.0] "Inaba tried to work Kenohs legs but quickly found out Kenoh could still kick his head off which turned the match into more of a slugfest. A bit slow at times, but really effective. Good finishing stretch."
[6.0] "This was a good match for what it was. Inaba was a good underdog and Kenoh's domination was correct even with some sloppy sequences. It's the second best match of the show in my opinion. Kenoh's win was logical since the loser of this match was eliminated from the tournament. ***1/4"
