I loved the clash of styles, with AZM seriously being the quickest wrestler I may have ever seen at this point in time! There was serious drama throughout, it always looked like each person wanted to win immediately (which added to the intensity), and they actually kicked the shit outta each other! The strikes and AZM's stomps were crazy stiff! The destroyer was one of the coolest I've ever seen, I really didn't see it coming, and I can say the same for the damn Syuri Sushi! The result and surprise finish had me super hyped! A signature win for AZM!"
[7.0] "A pretty fun agility/speed-fighter-vs-striker match. They had some nicely aggressive and realistic grappling exchanges early on before beginning to work their signature stuff while trading control. AZM looked very impressive as usual with her various speedy and slick attacks and movements, while Syuri of course also impressed with all her usual stiff strikes. Both women had mostly very strong technique and did well timing their sudden counters to catch each other off guard and change the momentum of the match. Syuri caving in AZM's chest with all those stiff kicks was very cool, and AZM sold very convincingly and sympathetically while responding with some well-executed and nicely impactful strikes of her own. Good stuff. ***1/4"
[8.0] "This is just, in my view, the tip of the iceberg for AZM. Now watching this match in 2022, post the Starlight Kid vs AZM match in February and SLK bumping up out of the High Speed division, this could easily be the future for AZM. A Red Belt match against Syuri. This was solid, too, while being under 15 minutes. ****"
[9.0] "The second upset of the night but this time I absolutely loved everything leading to that. The match itself was fucking fire. It was hard-hitting, although more could have been done in that regard. I would have loved to see a good ol' shots trading between these two. The absence of a solid story also prevented it from reaching a higher echelon. It served a very interesting type of psychology dynamic with a high speed competitor against one of the most savage strikers the wrestling industry has ever seen. This meshed very well to produce a wrestling aesthetic of magnificence. The sequences were absolutely astounding, the suplex on the outside, the stiff kicks, german suplex's and the technical wizardry in the opening sequence. This was a true representation of the wrestling craft. It was brilliant to say the least. Loved the emotion and AZ showcasing her resiliency not going down easily despite everything being thrown at her, even Syuri's best offense couldn't lay her down. She might only be 19 but has the heart of a warrior. Both competitors are forced to dig down deep and give rise to their innovative side because this just isn't working for them. The physicality threshold was high, no doubt. They really beat the hell out of each other. AZM winning was the icing on the cake and a true feel good moment. It's just astonishing how someone is so well versed and skillful in their craft at just 18. The atmosphere was vigorous and energetic. A high octane action packed brawl with the thrill, momentum and excitement. Everything one could wish for, I relished in almost every moment of it but in my opinion needed more structural weightage and storyline depth in order to truly cement itself as MOTYC. This was still a banger nonetheless. ****1/2"
[9.0] "How I loved AZM before this match, and how I fell in love with her even more after this match. Let's be honest, Syuri looked like a favorite, definitely. She was playing with AZM, she didn't see her as a rival of her level. And it played a mistake with her. Syuri's underestimation of AZM let her down at one point and she lost. For me, Syuri is somewhat similar to Naito. Yes, it surprises, of course, AZM takes out one of the favorites of the tournament. It's about like Okada-Tonga with G1. Only here, let me say so, it was still believed that AZM could defeat Syuri, because of all the young performers (<20 years) AZM definitely has a glorious future ahead of her, she is a real star in her 19 years. The match is very full of both psychology and beautiful and well-executed techniques. ****1/4"
[9.0] "Intense, hard-hitting and dynamic. AZM always makes her matches interesting, and Syuri is on fire later so this was really great. One of the best of the tournament so far. ****1/4"

[9.0] "AZM really needed a match like this, she's been in the background for a while now - her strategy was to do cool moves, win with a cool move, make every fan who watched this match remember her name and all of that happened here. What an awesome tournament match. Syuri is the MVP of the tournament so far, I feel like if she would be the World of STARDOM Champion right now, she would be in the conversation for the Best in the World in 2021 because that belt is still over somehow. ****¼"
[8.0] "The Match of The Night. One of the best improvised matches lately. I mean, I'm not sure if this whole match was improvised or what, but girls were talking a lot with each other and the referee. It's like every spot wasn't planned before. One of AZM's Double Stomps was brutal. Many great and epic exchanges. I recommend watching this one. This is some solid quality wrestling."
[7.0] "A very good match, the best match of the show to me and it could be even better with a good ending. AZM directly wanted to go high speed with Syuri because she is specialist in this wrestling style but Syuri knows it and wants the action to be more slow. Good attitude by Syuri, also good counters and AZM arrived to shine very well in this match. However, like I said, I was not satisfied at all by the ending with the Canadian Destroyer just being a transition move into a flash pinfall. ***1/2"
[7.0] "This wasn't quite as good as the SWA match earlier in the year, which was a fast-paced, lively affair. This match had a more deliberate pace and some parts were middling. Still, there was much to be enjoyed. AZM's double foot stomps were piercing, and she hit a surprising Canadian destroyer in the lead up to a convincing win. ***1/2"
[8.0] "What an awesome match that consisted of a little bit of everything. It was full of technical wrestling, some nice chain wrestling, quality striking exchanges, some innovative high-speed sequences from AZM, momentum shifts, a ton of great kicks, etc. AZM kept trying various things and tempting fate, occasionally paying for it. At the same time, Syuri was also getting caught by various techniques and moves that AZM was trying on her. There were very few slow moments, but they made sense as Syuri was trying to slow and wear AZM down. There were also some comedic bits to balance things out, and a lot of good stuff outside the ring too. The final minutes were awesome, with a fantastic near-fall, and a phenomenal finish that caused the crowd to be vocal. To top it off, this match utilized better use of the ropes for several moves than I've seen in quite a while. Just an all-around hodgepodge of awesomeness from start to finish. ****"
[8.0] "The first few minutes seemed pretty shaky, but AZM and Syuri kicked it into a higher gear near the 10 minute mark and had a very good match. AZM hit a ton of cool combinations and pulled off an upset that audibly surprised the live audience. ***3/4"
[8.0] "Awesome match. The chain wrestling at the start was v good and AZM's high flying is always on point. Syuri is quickly becoming one of my favourite wrestlers as her strikes are amazing (obvs). The finish was cool too, with the Canadian into the roll up."
[9.0] "Syuri is just on another planet right now. 3 matches in this 5-STAR, 3 bangers, she just doesn't miss, and didn't yet in 2021. I'm at a point with her where I consider anything below **** a disapointment. Against her, AZM is also having a great year. Their two styles matched very well and gave us a great contest, where AZM would try to pick up the pace to get over Syuri who clearly has an advantage in striking and grappling. The match is relatively short, and it was a sprint that ended in a pretty good upset with AZM hitting a Canadian Destroyer, Syuri's trademarck Buzzsaw Kick and pinning Syuri with an Azumi Sushi. ****1/4 (I really don't see how my MVP of this 5-STAR can be anyone other than Syuri, maybe Momo but that's it)"
