[7.0] "Ultimo Dragon on comments for Young Dragons vs. Super Dragon &... sadly there's nothing dragony about Amazing Red even in this obscure masked Fuego gimmick. The match was pretty exciting, leaning more towards technical stuff in first half and cool spots in second half. Surprisingly enough I enjoyed Jimmy Yang's performance the most, he's just so good. ***1/2"
[7.0] "Super rare appearance of Super Dragon in a AJPW ring, and I gotta say, it's interesting to see his style work in such a different environment. As for the match, it's mostly what you'd expect from a early 2000's bout of this era: lots of spots, with some super impressive athletic displays by everyone here. There's not much respect for tag rules here as all guys just throw themselves at each other with little consideration. There's some psychology in targeting Dragon's leg after he tweaks it from a twisting senton but it doesn't play a lot into the match, through we see some great limb targeting by Hayashi. Yang shines in his prime here: not a shock considering he was probably one of the best high flyers before he started to break down. Some highlights include a duo attack at the ring bell using flying sentons to the outside, Yang countering a crossbody by Dragon into a gutbuster, Dragon hitting a top rope Blue Thunder Bomb, Fuego countering a flying splash mid air with a dropkick, and a fantastic lariat by Yang. All in all, a really fun cruiserweight bout with a fast pace. Good showing, definitely worth watching."
