[8.0] "Dark Starlight Kid is cool as hell. Even if she's being ruthless and a cheater, that stills relevant, maybe thanks to Nakano's babyface performance. Oedo Tai's presence was well-handled, felt not like a BULLET CLUB shit, to be honest. Nakano's comeback was thrilling to watch, she's great at it. Some nice moves put in the mix, but that was more of a storytelling bout, but some sequences added something as well. The final stretch was good."
[8.0] "A really good match that shows the potential of Starlight Kid being on the main event upper echelon that she undoubtedly will be in a year or two. Naturally the copious amounts of interference holds this match back, but SLK is finding her groove in this character and going up against a solid worker in Tam is always good. Tam's selling of the back was incredible, her screams made it quite uncomfortable. ****"
[8.0] "A good match as a whole but it had a structural drawback that held it back from reaching a higher level of quality. Regardless, focusing on the positives is more beneficial as that is what made this another good addition to Tam's wonderful reign as wonder of Stardom champion. It started off with decently pleasurable mat wrestling and grappling until SLK is the catalyst to change the tune of the match as she quickens the pace and stimulates it in accordance to her will and after finding the opportunity capitalizes on it as she works tirelessly on the back and does not rest utilizing it to her full benefit, whilst also dictating the pace now as the pace slows down considerably. This loop hole proves to be very fruitful for SLK and her innovative and creative offense to target it and making it look legitimate was also very laudable. Tam does a good job at selling the damage done to the back while also screaming in pain to exhibit the excruciating pain. Tam has her come-back after the brewing confidence within the body of SLK back-fires and Tam finds the chance to gain a upper-hand however the structural defect that I earlier mentioned was the lack of build and energy when that comeback sequence was executed. It felt very unreal, melodramatic and random. Further, this was made up for with the home run sequence which could open doors for a rivalry in the future if SLK drops from the position as a Oedo Tai member. SLK got confused after Saki slid a chair into the ring as she was not accustomed to the evil ways and Tam would super-kick her thus breaking her momentum and a shot at getting very close and possibly even winning the white belt. Tam would hit her finisher but it would not connect as smoothly as it does, she messed it up a bit. Other than that, I probably had no issues with this match. The pace was very consistent and easy to trace. The match had a good presence of hard-hitting element with some good strike exchanges. The match also had the momentum but a absence of a commendable or preferable amount of suspense or drama which to a extent did hamper the investment level. It did have a momentous energy and blaze which helped it reach a higher level of quality. Great match overall. ****"
[8.0] "Really good; Kid working Tam's back against the exposed turnbuckle was nice and how good is she to be wrestling completely differently as a heel? Her moonsault to Tam's back was amazing too and she doesn't even need to look back beforehand."
[9.0] "Excellent, great defense from Tam, and amazing heel work from Starlight Kid, who seemed like a natural babyface, but she has done extremely well, her prolonged kicks were so good. The basket hit looked great and the german suplex at the end wss specifically great. *4. 5 stars*"
[7.0] "Very good main event, but not as impressive as I would thought. Since Starlight turned heel, her overall performance downgraded a lot. I hope she will drop this "black cat" gimmick soon."
[8.0] "This match solidified Tam's white belt reign as a good one for me - Tam worked her butt off selling Kid as brutal and unscrupulous and it paid off very well. Tam works best from behind and this was no exception, a lot of creative exchanges. Kid had her first major outing in her heel character and looked effortless in the role. No especially notable outcomes from this match, just a solid title match that will likely play out in this match matchup's history later."
[6.0] "This match told loud and clear that Tam Nakano will be a champion for a while - not just because 5 Star Grand Prix is coming up, but because this was a very basic 'first match in a feud' Main Event, Tam Nakano was never really in danger of losing the title and she is not a great babyface either. SLK kicked out of a Tiger Suplex. It wasn't anything great or special, but it wasn't bad either. Nice little ***¼ title match."
[7.0] "This one was a really good Wonder of Stardom title defense for Tam Nakano. Even if I expected SLK to win, I was not disappointed by this match. SLK seems to add new moves to her moveset since she is in Oedo Tai and that's pretty cool, she had a good heelwork here and the help of Oedo Tai wasn't too much here. Good finishing stretch too, this was the best match of the show. ***3/4"
[7.0] "Awesome match. I don't watch as much Stardom as I should but they rarely disappoint and this was no exception. Just an all-out war that never lets up, with a great heel performance from SLK as she targets the back. The work itself is viciously compelling and Nakano sells it really well. Overbooking prevents it to get a higher rating but I ain't holding that up against the performers. ***3/4"
[8.0] "It was a really great match. I still don? t think Tam Nakano and Starlight Kid have the best chemistry, but they made the best of it. They got some really nice moves in, took some good looking bumps, sold pretty well and just the right amount of Odeo Tai shenanigans/interferences not to make the match bad."
[8.0] "The first true singles match for heel SLK, and it could have been amazing. Tam and SLK are always really good in the ring, Tam might be the best storyteller in Stardom and SLK going heel made this a match that had all the makings of a classic. It may not be remembered as such, as it was on a regular show and not a PPV or huge stage, along with a bit of overbooking down the stretch. Still, it was really good and in or around 4-star range. Moreover, the end result was the right one."
[6.0] "I'm surprised that the girls decided not to show anything extraordinary in the match. I had high hopes for this fight. However, I cannot say that there was anything special here. the problem is not even that the girls tried, they did not succeed - they themselves did not want to jump over their heads. The usual tricks, without much surprise. The public reaction shows that this is just a satisfactory match, slightly hampered by overbooking. ***1/2"
[9.0] "Kitto & Tam had a great match here & topped their Jan match. Heel Kitto is just great not only from the look & entrance but also from the in ring style. She was everywhere in this match while Tam had a great performance here as well. The Story was basically OT cost Kitto the Match could play long term a role cause Kitto would have won without them. Tam's Reign is just incredible & she can't miss right now. (**** 1/4)"
