[6.0] "This was actually a solid match, made better by Momma Benjamin at ringside being entertaining. Shelton showed off his athleticism and Viscera's offense always looks painful. His humping move is still wild and traumatizing lol. Liked Momma cheating to help Shelton win. Fun Stuff."
[3.0] "So, I kind of liked this period for Shelton with his Mama. I thought the two had good chemistry together and she was very charismatic in that role. However, she was too over the top here and distracted from the match. Not that there was much to see anyway. It is an extremely sluggish contest. There are a few moments where it lights up, but overall it's very boring. Mama's piercing screams makes it painful to get through too. Much like the King vs. Helms match, this one also had little in the way of purpose. It felt thrown together throughout the night. For such cold matches, it's even more important for it to be of at least decent quality. But the fans couldn't have cared less with what they saw on this night. Not straight trash, but definitely a bad bout."
[3.0] "This one was pretty rough and I feel bad for Shelton basically looking like a goofball here. Viscera isn't much in the ring at this point and Shelton's momma was funny at the start but got old real quick. This match shouldn't have been more than five minutes and was easily the worst actual match on this card. Solid 1.5 stars."
[4.0] "I love Viscera, but this worlds largest love machine gimmick is the worst part of his history. The match isn't awful, but is to be expected. Benjamin's ring work is always good. I like Momma Benjamin in backstage segments but she is far too vocal during this at ringside."
[2.0] "It is literally unwatchable and this bullshit can single handedly produce a headache. Shelton's mother screams constantly throughout the whole thing and it's unbearable, but I'm sure Vince was laughing his ass off in the gorilla so that's the most important thing. Poor Benjamin - he can work like nobody on the roster, but higher-ups decided that he needs some dumbass gimmick."
[4.0] "I stand by the notion that Mama Benjamin really hurt Shelton's upward mobility and was a very poor booking decision. The character was funny (and she did make me laugh at ringside here - as annoying as she was), but a bad fit for Shelton. The match was fine and feels like one of those things where people just give it a low rating because it involves Viscera. Shelton was talented enough that he kept this moving and his athleticism against Viscera's size was an interesting dynamic. It wasn't even particularly slow, really. I will say, though, that it certainly was a choice to have the dude who sexually harassed the other guy's mother be the babyface..."
[1.0] "Viscera was a guilty pleasure growing up and looking back i'm not quite sure why. Sluggish and dangerous in the ring and this feud pretty much ended Sheltons hopes of being world champion"
[0.0] "Viscera was moving like a stoned slug at this point and Shelton's storyline with his MOMMA probably killed any hope he ever had of being world champion. DUD."
[5.0] "Professional sexua; predator Viscera is trying to shag Benjamin's mother, but Shelton ain't having none of it and then shenanigans happen! Your average David vs Goliath match with Benjamin dancing around the ring, working around Viscera who used his size quite well to add to the match."
[1.0] "This was really bad, but Benjamin? s efforts kept it from being 0 points. The worst thing is they got almost eight minutes. Three minutes would have been enough. I legitimately feel sorry for Benjamin for having to go through that crap because he is a good wrestler, but nobody would have succeeded in this situation. I assume Vince McMahon found the Viscera love machine gimmick and he probably thought Mama Benjamin was a good idea even though it was the worst thing that happened in Benjamin? s career. I can? t believe I wrote that much. This was brutal to watch."
