[6.0] "The final match of Kobashis seven match trial. I actually really enjoyed this with Kobashi basically going at a 100 miles an hour around the pretty static movement of 1990 Abdullah before he makes one mistake and the Butcher beats him with the elbow drop."
[4.0] "Not all matches are done to make a great match. This match is make only for the audience at the Korakuen Hall to see the legendary Abdullah the Butcher. This is the seventh and final match of the Kenta Kobashi's Trial Series. Kobashi has some move, but it's truly a forgettable match. (**)"
[4.0] "This is the finale of Kobashi's seven-match Trial Series. It's barely over the cutoff for Cagematch matchguide eligibility, and it's a simple match for sure, but I think it's a fun one. Abby is giving here in his cumulative selling of Kobashi's offense; the kid can't put him down, but he can at least take him down. It's not the best match of this Trial Series (that, in my opinion, is the Jumbo match from the night before, which unfortunately only exists on an audience recording), but it is an adequate conclusion that gives shine to the talent on trial. **1/4"
