This was as you can expected from these two in the ring with each other and they managed to put on a back and forth decent TV match. The ending with Kimberly hitting Scott with a chair made sense from a storyline standpoint and put a stamp on this match. [***] |

Ein Titelverlust von DDP war unwahrscheinlich, Steiner ist am Mic aber aktuell selbst mit all seinen Anzüglichkeiten hochgradig unterhaltsam. Das Match ist überwiegend unspektakulär, aber sehr anständig strukturiert. Nehme ich so mit. |

DDP was a great babyface fighting through from underneath, Steiner was damn impressive on top, Kimberly got revenge on Steiner, all that was good. The only complaint was not directly related to the match, for some reason WCW seemed to be trying to slowly turn DDP heel at this time so his crowd response was more muted. Bad booking, but awesomely fun match, these two should have been permanent main event fixtures by now. |
