Jerry Lawler may just have the best worked punch ever. They sell for eachother so we'll, not just in terms of physicality, but in the character dynamics and reactions. Embrace the art of the five minute banger. If you are not into worked punches or traditional face vs heel dynamics (the face being better, but also him knowing that being his downfall; the shit being worse at wrestling, but being willing to take every shortcut) this one isn't for you, but I had a blast."

Flair and Lawler had only ever wrestled a handful of times and they put on an incredibly morish match that was filled with neat references for the oldheads. You've got Lawler mocking Flair by doing the Fargo strut, we get a classic Lawler strap drop comeback and all the heelish trimmings you can expect from a Ric Flair match. I even noticed the Flair/Steamboat callback when Lawler catches Flair in a headlock when Flair does the drop-down! Lawler getting carried away by doing a second fist drop and doing his knee in made for a great transitional spot. This only goes six minutes, but it is worth seeking out if you're a fan of either man."

[6.0] "These two somehow put out a pretty servicable match for their respective ages in 2004 Flair could still go in the ring but Lawler not so much so i was actually pleasantly suprised by this match being actually enjoyable to watch Flairs heel work is great as always and Lawler had a pretty good showing in the ring all of his strikes looked good and he was moving pretty well it was just a short and fun match ***"
[6.0] "Pretty fun nostalgic legends match here. Although neither was anywhere near their prime, they both was entertaining to watch and got a great response from the crowd. It plays off very much like a greatest hits album where you see pretty much everything you would expect to see. The set up to the fnish was good where Lawler bangs up his knee going for the middle rope fist drop, and Flair of couse uses the ropes on the figure four to get the dirty win."
[6.0] "Always loved seeing Jerry the King Lawler back in the ring but this one was one of the best times that happened. Other than his run with Miz this is the must see version of King coming from the commentary table to the ring. Ric Flair eith an underhanded win was the perfect finish for a fun RAW moment."
[4.0] "Not a bad matchup for two respectable wrestling veterans. The match was held on equal terms, but a misfire from Jerry Lawler, when he landed unsuccessfully on his foot after a flying punch from the top rope, which Ric Flair immediately took advantage of by making a figure four leg lock tackle and won again dirty."
