[3.0] "Oh, boy. We've entered the Droz era of the LOD, which means they're almost done. This started out fun, with a 6-man brawl also involving Droz and Chainz, but quickly devolved into a typical dull contest with two teams past their primes, in which case The Harris Boys never had one."
[2.0] "Terrible, slow, no-good match. Far too much time spent distracting the referee. Many parts of the match were missed by the cameras and/or not caught on commentary. Just dreadful."
[2.0] "Very boring match. Not much interest and unfortunately LOD are not good at all anymore and are really an undercard act the fans still like. DOA are terrible. 1/5 Stars"
[2.0] "Very boring match. While LOD are still extremely popular with the crowd, they are awful to watch out of their prime like this and the Harris Brothers in long control spots is just mind numbing. It was hard to buy either team standing a chance against the New Age Outlaws so it's hard to really care who wins."
[4.0] "This was okay. DOA were a solid, if unexciting, team and The Road Warriors still had a bit of juice in them thanks to the makeover, although that would eventually ebb away when they started doing the angle where Droz was supposedly getting Hawk high in order to discredit him and take his place in the team with Animal"
[3.0] "Ugh, I have nothing against Legion of Doom selling for the most of the match and then making their comeback, but you need heels that can keep things interesting while in control to do that and DoA ain't it. I'm sick of these bald headed charisma vacuums and watching them do only basic stuff in the most uninteresting way possible drives me crazy at this point."
[1.0] "You can sense that there is a smidgen of effort made here, but there's only so much mileage you can get out of a LOD vs DOA match in 1998. Hawk and Animal run through their entire arsenal of single moves during this match, with Animal even pulling out a dragon screw of all things! Every big spot felt sloppy, with Hawk's famous no-sell piledriver spot lacking the bite it usually has as said piledriver was so ugly that the crowd didn't react to it. Droz is now in LOD's corner and he looks super out of place in that role. He ends up brawling with one of the DOA right in front of the referee and the referee decides not to call for the disqualification for whatever reason. The actual finish comes around once DOA tries to do the twin magic spot and fails in spectacular fashion. If the goal of a PPV opener is to kick things off to a hot start, then this match was a colossal failure."
[3.0] "Couldn't care less about watching these two teams. But I will try and be objective. DOA turned heel recently from a triple threat mini feud between them, LOD and the Outlaws. It was handled the same way as the Godwins/LOD feud where the supposes heel team makes an honest mistake and gets beat up by the LOD and they don't like it so that must mean they are bad guys. DOA try the twin switcheroo but Droz nails Skull or 8-Ball and Animal pins him with a power slam. Crowd was into it but the tag division was so shit at this time."
[3.0] "Pretty dull tag match between two teams that were just about competent. LOD weren't a patch on what they had been, although the crowd loved them, and DOA was just one in a series of gimmicks for these twins, who really had little going for them apart from being identical."
[1.0] "Terrible stuff all round. Proof positive that you could put anything on a PPV card back then and people would still buy it so long as you had a sufficiently hot main event."
[4.0] "It's a completely watchable tag team match, but it's not very interesting. LOD has generally been able to get big pops from the crowd but the crowd honestly doesn't seem to be very into it this time around. They're just so damn slow and look winded before the bell even rings. And it's not like the DOA can do much to improve the quality of the match. They try the switcharoo again, but it doesn't work out as well for them this time around."
