[6.0] "A good enough last man standing match with a abrupt ending and missing a lot of required content . Not once in the match did I have a feeling that the story revolved around Callihan challenging the passion of Trey . The spots were cool like the spanner being forced into the mouth of Trey and the body slam on the leg of the table . Unfortunately for these two , other big spots failed miserably such as the piled river through the table and the hurricarana through a set up table by Trey . The ferociousness of rivalry was showcased and they built Trey as a resilient competitor getting back up despite being beaten to the pulp. It had reasonable story telling factor and decent psychology . However , I understand that Trey was being built as a resilient fighter with fighting spirit and a lion heart but that finish made Callihan look really weak . The sadistic Callihan beats the shit out of Trey but he is able to defeat him after a hurricarana out of nowhere that does not even connect . For what it was , it was a solid PPV match . Expected more but it was not provided . ***1/4"
"6. 5/10 is my rating for this match. This match had some good spots but it had some botches also and the finish was pretty awesome. But it was one of the worst last-man-standing matches i have ever watched."
[8.0] "Very good match, the feud was awesome with an incredible Sami Callihan as a psicokiller. The match was brutal with some good spots but I think It could be better with more dominion time for Trey and more time. 3. 75*"
[6.0] "The ending kind of sucked coming out of nowhere like that after a huge beat-down, and the steps spot didn't work because the camera had to stay on Callihan so we didn't even see Miguel under them. With that said, was I entertained by everything else? Yeah, I guess I was. Miguel bumped like a madman and Callihan played his part of the psycho on top. I wouldn't call it a good match but I would call it a decent mid-card novelty to break things up."
[7.0] "A good plunder match, maybe a little long, but there was a fun conclusion where Sami Callihan felt he had Trey Miguel pinned under the ring steps, but Miguel just escaped from the open end of the stairs, and hit a big bulldog off the apron through a table for the win. Stuff like this I don't mind Callihan in."
[5.0] "This was a decent Last Man Standing but nothing incredible, there was no rhythm, the match was far too dominated by Callihan and the finish seemed anti-climactic as hell. I think there would have been no problem with Trey having more offense, I think including the finish he must have had only one minute of domination and out of 15 minutes that's way too little. Callihan is famous for long heats like that so I'm not going to blame anyone, it all depends on everyone's style, but personnaly I found his domination soporific. Some cool spots here and there save the match but there were also some botched ones, like the one where the table doesn't break. Good result though, Trey doesn't come out of this match like a big deal considering the way the match was written but he had to win so it's cool for him. It could have been much better overall."
[7.0] "This was a match worthy of the storyline coming in. Trey's internal struggle felt real and with Sami's history of destructiveness he always comes of like a legit crazy person. Nothing SUPER interesting happened but the guys both played their characters well enough to keep you fully invested from the start and both of them took enough pretty nasty looking bumps to service this type of stipulation."
[7.0] "Rebellion had only good matches. This one is good and fluid even if it's a Last Man Standing Match. Some errors, but nice spot and more than solid performance."
[8.0] "Sami portrayed a merciless sadistic heel to a tee while Trey did perfectly in drawing sympathy (at least from me). Sami's best weapon was using Trey's own offence against him i. e. a tope suicida into the guard rail. The finish was a piece of ingenuity which was polarising but I thought it was great regardless."
