The match didn't really disappoint, but it felt much too short to reach its potential. There was a couple of cool character moments and spots in this one (specifically the ending move), but there wasn't enough time to get really sucked into a great match. As it is, it was a pretty good TV match with some fun, but nothing you need to go out of your way and seek out."

[6.0] "This was a good main event, obviously the best match in this show. I won't say that it was three good workers who faced each other because we know Strowman's limits but in multi-man matches he's always good and this was the case here, his spots with the stairs were badass. The finishing stretch was badass as hell too, with a confident Orton dominating Strowman and being calmed down by a beautiful Claymore from McIntyre when he was about to win the match and this opportunity. That Claymore when Orton was doing the pin was really great and I love this finisher because McIntyre always manages to innovate with it. McIntyre wins and this was the best possible choice, I loved his match with Lashley at WrestleMania and it should be just as good at Backlash. Good main event."

I just get that feeling. I like the post match wrinkle with MVP, Mace and T-Bar. I'm intrigued where this goes."

They don't have anything else to do with him than put him once again in a title match ? He carried the match, okay, and I know his match against Lashley is gonna be better than if Strowman won it. I liked some spots of it, and the finishing stretch was intense. ***"

This was good, a rare good thing on this show, yet somehow it led to Mace and T-Bar formerly of RETRIBUTION joining The Hurt Business. Why? Goodness knows."

[7.0] "The highlight of another dreary episode of RAW. About as credible a triple threat match as WWE is able to offer off the back of WrestleMania as Drew McIntyre squeaked past two former world champions who won their marquee (albeit bad) matches at WM 37. They protected Strowman to an extent through double team work, though at the cost of making McIntyre seem like a heel. Good spots with the ring steps and the announce table. McIntyre just gets the win with an inventive basement Claymore to set up what should be another brilliant WWE title match with Lashley."

[6.0] "This was a decent triple threat. I like when people in triple threats use the no DQ rules to their advantage. The finish was cool but I don't get why Drew won. He just had a shot and lost, give someone else a try. Braun has proven that he can have good matches with Lashley in the past, so I don't get why they didn't go to that well again. Hell, Orton VS Lashley would have been a very fresh matchup. Alas, Drew gets yet another shot at Lashley. Hopefully he wins this time, otherwise, what's the point?"
