[2.0] "The fact that Battle Royal has lost its place at WrestleMania is a bad decision. ATGMBR has always had a poor estimate but while it was at WrestleMania it was getting a bit of attention. And the 2021 edition is just a boring, generic Battle Royal."
[6.0] "A fairly predictable result, but the match was quite entertaining compared to the ancestors, without a doubt the best of this match were Garza and Nakamura, it was not a great thing but it was not mediocre either, besides that it is good to see people little used in TV."
[6.0] "Average battle royal, predictable but nice win by Jey Uso, and at least Nakamura looked good, and the ex Hurt Buissnes too, even if it was at the begining"
[6.0] "This was an okay battle royal, but nothing really exceptional. A lack of star power really hurt this one IMO, as most of the competitors in this match you knew weren't going to win. This was helped somewhat by the last few standing all seemed like a potential winner, but still most of it was waiting on the extras to be thrown out. The treatment of the former "Hurt Business" was infuriating too. With all of that said, battle royals are always fun, I liked some of the stories within the match (like Ali and Retribution), and I love the idea of the winner. Overall, this was fine."
[5.0] "This Battle Royale surprised me enough at times. Ali interacting with Retribution, that I expected, but him taking out the two most massive members of the group, I didn't expect that. Kalisto hoping to be friends with Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado again, I expected that, but I didn't expect a Jey Uso win. I thought Shinsuke Nakamura would win."
[8.0] "This was a very good battle royal here, much better than I expected. It was not too long, not too short, and it definitely belonged here rather than in Mania. The fact that this match is on SmackDown probably makes me less severe but I never expect anything from a battle royal anyway, and this one surprised me a little bit. It's sad to see so many great talents gathered in a meaningless match like this but it made this match enjoyable, there were a lot of sequences that I loved and some of them were able to shine a little bit, I'm thinking of Murphy and Kalisto who we never see anymore and who got a little bit of TV-time here. Some good storytelling too in this match with the three members of Lucha House Party, and also between Ali, T-BAR and MACE. I enjoyed this a lot, and the result must play a role too because I'm a huge fan of Jey Uso, this is a well deserved win for his fantastic work in the last months."
[4.0] "Typical battle royal match, nothing really happened. Thought they could have given the win to someone who isn't doing anything or hasn't been doing anything recently."
[5.0] "This was an okay battle royal to me but with the number of participants, it was too short to me and the eliminations were meaningless. The finish is not a selling lesson since Nakamura does a Kinshasa after receiving a Superkick and Uso wins after receiving a Kinshasa. **1/2"
