[7.0] "This was a pretty good match. The Rock was heading into Survivor Series to face Rikishi, who had turned heel and revealed that under Triple H, he was the one who ran over Steve Austin at Survivor Series in 1999. Earlier in the week on Raw, Rock was ambushed by Rikishi and Triple H, injuring his chest. So he went into this match selling his chest and doing it rather well. Chris Benoit would routinely attack his chest using chops, kicks and ramming him on things like the barricade. For the finish, Rikishi, who was banned from the building by Commissioner Mick Foley, came out to ringside from the crowd but was attacked by Rock. Not too long afterward, Rikishi attacked him in the ring and while no bell rang, obviously it caused a disqualification. This was a more condensed version of the other matches these two have had together, but it was still a good one. ***1/2"

[8.0] "Rock always had great matches with Benoit because of how he always gave him a lot of offence and made him look a very dangerous opponent and obviously it was going to be more of the same with The Rock coming in all banged up with a chest and Benoit aggressively attacks him there throughout the match. There was excellent selling from The Rock throughout, not only because he gets his ass kicked for a lot of the match, but also in the few spots he does get a comeback in as you see him visibly feeling the effects because of all the damage done. Rikishi ends up making an appearance and ends up getting the match stopped when he gives Rock a painful looking Banzai Drop and Rock is bleeding internally."
[8.0] "Damn great match for TV. I'd put it up there with their Fully Loaded match from motnths earler. Both men hit all their signature moves, sold well, and the storyline behind the match was good as well."
[7.0] "A good Smackdown main event match, 3.5 stars in my opinion Benoit & Rock actually have quite good chemistry together and like their fully loaded bout i thought they put on an entertaining match."
[8.0] "Rock heads into this with a banged up chest so Benoit viciously goes after and Rock takes one hell of a beating all match. Rock sold the injured chest well all match long, all of his brief comeback spots throughout were fantastic. Shame this doesn't have a finish although the post match angle with Rikishi was really strong.***3/4"
[8.0] "These two had great chemistry, and this match is no different. Not as dramatic as their Fully Loaded match, but really good in its own right. A great smackdown match, and another fantastic match for Chris Benoit during his really strong year of 2000."
