[8.0] "Very fun and entertaing match: Miro looked like a monster here and to stop him Cassidy and Taylor had to be buried under a pile of objects. Statlander's return was great and very well excecuted. Trent's return was also great and his spear through the table looked very good. The final powerslam on the tables was an awesome spot and a great way to end this match. 8/10 - 4.25*/5*"

Or worth a 7 or 8 because of the returns of wrestlers not in the match, but acknowledging the match itself is nothing and worth only a 1.0? Come on it's better than a 1/10, but yes it was pretty terrible for those who dont want funhardcoreparodyfun weak matches and didn't have funfunfun sitting through this below average match"

[8.0] "MOTN , tied with Kazarian/Cage . This was not that good from a wrestling point of view . I think it was the high octane action with a combination of nice spots and the crowd atmosphere and energy and mainly the unique set up for this match . It had a lot of momentum and good sequencing of events in the match . There was loads of entertaining substance . Good story with Orange and Chuck trying to isolate Miro from Kip as he was the game changer by burying him under the surroundings . Intensity of rivalry was depicted due to the severity of the spots . It includes spear by Trent to Miro through the table , Driver by Kris to Penelope through the table , Chuck landing a cross body on Miro from the top of the arcade machine , powerbomb to Orange by Kip on the legos and Chuck taking Kip through the stage . Statlander? s and Trent? s return was the icing on the cake. Put together a combination of good comedy including Trent? s mom flipping off Miro and OC smashing Kip face first through the whack a mole and then whacking him signifying him as the mole . That was hilarious . Awesome main event . ****1/4"

[1.0] "This was one of those goofy hardcore matches that just didn't work for me. I'm not Cornette when it comes to AEW matches, but this just wasn't good at all in my opinion. Not much creativity and not very interesting at all. Kip went through a foamed backed arcade game and sold it for 5 minutes. Nothing looked painful besides the lego-blocks spot. The returns of Statlander and Trent didn't do anything for me and were ridiculous, and not for the right reasons. *"

[6.0] "A goofy hardcore match, but not without its charm. There were a few weak-looking hardcore spots, like Kip going through the clearly foam-backed arcade machines, or that game hammer. Miro's bruiser work was pretty good. Taylor is still too comical and goofy for me to ever get behind. Cassidy's gimmick work was fine, as was his work whenever he stopped his 'hustle' and started working seriously, but he's still someone who I can never take seriously as a star. Funnily enough, the lego-blocks spots were probably the most painful-looking spot of the entire match. Some of the general hardcore brawl and weapon spots were decent, but nothing we haven't seen ten thousand times before in AEW, and a million times before in other promotions across the last 30 years. Statlander and Trent's returns were both pretty creative and cool, though they more just added to the 'spectacle' of the match more than actually making it a more 'well-worked' match. ***"

[9.0] "A fantastic and very fun brawl between the competitors. It's a parody of a wrestling match, but done in such a self-aware way that it leaves you chuckling at some of the ridiculous spots, such as the teddy bear having LEGOs in it, the many prizes being weapons, Miro nearly cracking up at some of the moments, and the return of both Trent and Kris Statlander capping it all off. Overall, an extremely entertaining main event. (****)"

[5.0] "Basically a parody of a wrestling match. Ridiculous action. Brawling all over the place based in a game center scenery. Miro cracking up so many times. He's was completely breaking his gimmick there. So many stupid and unlogical spots. LEGOs takes out of teddy bear. Kris Statlander suddenly popping out of the arcade machine. There was a moment, when Miro was looking for some kind of weapon, wandering all over the place. Finally, he almost left the arena only to get his hands on... a chair. There were all kinds of weapon, but not a single steel chair in 100 yards near the ring. Also, his spot with the car was so grotesque. From the technical and logical point of view this match was garbage, but from the entertainment point of view it was good."

[6.0] "Completely ridiculous, but in a fun way. I did find it odd however that Kip Sabian would just disappear for long periods of time. There's a spot where Orange throws Kip into the Whack-a-Mole board (which looked to be made out of paper) and then we don't see him again for another five minutes or so. Later on the Best Friends do a 3-on-1 attack on Miro, but Sabian is nowhere to be found during this entire exchange. Maybe this is nitpicky, but I just thought it was strange."

A lot of fun spots along with the best Miro showing since God damn him vs. A. J in 2018 along with a couple of surprise returns makes this quite an enjoyable watch."

[9.0] "Kind of great honestly. Not usually the kind of thing I go for but gosh, it's just SO. MUCH. FUN. The wack-a-mole spot, the bag of legos, Kris Stadtlander's return, Miro just wrecking everyone, SUE? ! I'm not generally the biggest Best Friends fan but when Chuck got the 3 count and "Where Is My Mind? " hit I was all in."

[6.0] "decent main event but nothing more, they need to tone down the amount of times they do these matches are they are becoming far too common place and are losing any kind of meaning, some nice returns and the babyfaces get to overcome there rivals but it did take four of them to do it so not exactly a definitive victory, anyway the action was decent for the most part, some cringy sequences in there too, the lego spot is one of the most overdone spots in all of wrestling right now, but all in all a decent match (***)"
MaveDeltzer wrote on 02.04.2021:
[6.0] "This was a bit weak if you look at it as any kind of hardcore match but it was decently fun and sprinkled with a few cheap pops. Booker of the year Tony Khan showed his chops once again by having Statlander put Ford through a table from the apron the way Baker vs Rosa ended just two weeks ago, which only served to cheapen the Baker vs Rosa ending."

The brawl between Trent and Miro was also cool and the finish was fine. If the first half of the match hadn't existed, I would rate it 8 or 9."

KoaalaKing wrote on 01.04.2021:
[8.0] "Perhaps not a technically great match, and definitely hard to rate in comparison with less comedy-based matches, but god damn did I love watching this match. So much fun, from comedy to crowd-pleasing to some brutal high spots, this match was incredibly versatile and hit the mark in each of these regards. Miro went on a tear here which was awesome, you really started to see him reach his potential in AEW, and it led to some great big bumps and forced Taylor and OC to work together. The returns felt as unexpected as they did satisfying, I don't think anybody expected Trent to be back this early or for Statlander to return in this match period, and they worked perfectly into the story too, as Best Friends needed help to even the odds against Penelope Ford at ringside and to neutralize big man Miro. Plus the cameo from Sue was great. I loved the ending too, with Kip teasing a big dive before getting caught off guard for AEW's patented "big move onto inconspicuous large structure covered by curtain" spot. A match that is hard to compare to others, but certainly a very memorable one that fired on all cylinders. ***3/4+"

[9.0] "At first I thought this was going to be filled with meta humor that I'm so used to see in AEW and in particular guys like Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor but the result was a fun chaotic hardcore match with great spots and really good moments like the return of Kris Statlander and Trent which were very well done. Ending this episode in a good note after the not so good first hour and half of the show. I feel like Best Friends really shine in gimmick matches like this as I'm not very interested in them when they're doing regular matches."

[8.0] "It is genuinely astounding how good AEW and Tony Khan have become at booking midcard feud blowoff matches for TV. This didn't reach the heights of the Parking Lot Brawl or Rosa/Baker but everything about the Stadtlander return was perfect, OC chose the right match to take seriously and Miro looked like a killer throughout."

[10.0] "The sheer wholesomeness of the ending was amazing. It's hard not to root for Chuck, Trent and Orange and then adding in Kris Statlander makes it even better! I didn't have much interest in this feud as a whole (I also didn't think it was as terrible as some claimed) but this match was amazing regardless. Kip bumped his ass off, Miro looked like a total badass and Chuck and Orange overcame a ton. The post-match celebration with Where Is My Mind playing was just perfect. Much like the Best Friends vs Santana & Ortiz street fight, this one has a ton of rewatchability."

[10.0] "One of the most wholesome wrestling matches I've ever seen. This was just an insanely fun ride. For a feud that dragged on so long, they really made it worth it here. Wild action all the way through, but some brutal stuff as well. Miro looks like an absolute beast and Best Friends again look like a top team. Statlander's return was shocking but great and then Trent arriving with Sue was the perfect way to bring him back and had me ridiculously happy. This was overbooked in the most perfect way to make a fun time ****1/2"

[9.0] "Awesome spectacle brawl where Miro looked like the goddamn monster he is, Chuck got the deserved pinfall and the babyface overall got their win to end the feud on a high note. While this storyline was seemingly half-dead a couple of times, looking back they put in a lot of effort and ended it on a really great match, so another notch in the belt for the Best Friends. Statlander and Trent returning was great as well. The final image with the music was just perfect and a brilliant look to close out one of the best Dynamite episodes ever."
Colt Iken wrote on 01.04.2021:
[10.0] "By all rights this should've been a disaster. The feud between Best Friends (and Orange Cassidy) against Miro and the Kipper has largely been seen as disappointing (not to mention endless) and the Arcade Anarchy stipulation was a complete unknown going in. It was a risk doing it at all; to put it in the main event of all places took massive balls. And yet it not only paid off but it was legitimately incredible. This was easily the best match of The Kipper's career and I don't see how he ever tops it. Miro was an absolute beast and even in defeat is set up to be a major player after it took three dudes to put him down. Chuck Taylor, in yet another plunder match, turned into a superstar again. Orange Cassidy was in serious mode and was awesome. And to put it over the top we got the return of Trent (riding in in Sue's white minivan), Kris Statlander returning by popping out of an alien claw machine to drive Penelope Ford through an air hockey table and the closing scene of Best Friends, Orange and Statlander confirming their new stable with the group hug and the salute to Sue. What more could you want? ! There have been better Dynamite main events for sure (and if we're being honest, the trios match earlier was technically a better "wrestled" match). But in terms of fun and delivering exactly what you could've wanted, this is among their best accomplishments, and the ending will go down as one of the happiest moments in Dynamite history. A beautiful final fifteen minutes."

I was ready for this feud to end and considering there was very little information regarding the match stipulation, I thought it was going to be a weak match to end the feud. I'm glad I was wrong. Lots of great spots in the match, Miro looked like a monster and this sets him up for the turn against Kip. The returns were also a great moment, and overall I found the match entertaining."
NikoKillbain wrote on 01.04.2021:
[8.0] "A very fun hardcore match. Best Friends did a really good job making Miro seem unstoppable, and all four men really threw themselves around the arena. Ultimately this became about the returns of Trent and Kris, which were great, but they still managed to build an exciting hardcore match around it."
