[7.0] "Good match but I have seen better . I was at first ok with LDF interfering making this a 3 on 1 handicap situation but there was a time when I could not stand it anymore . It just disrupted the rhythm of the match and I'm upset with the booking choice here . The story here was initially Santos trying to escape as he locked himself in the truck till Kross broke the door open with a damn axe. LDF interfering in this match turned the tide in favor of Santos who did some really good arm work , includes trapping the arm in the chair and throwing him on the floor to exert pain on the arm . I did not like the selling of Kross as he was hitting those doomsday saito with little reluctance or none at all. I did like the spot where he does a saito suplex through the table and one inside the ring , what I did not like was the weak looking lariat to finish the match. Santos dominating most of the match was something we did not expect and I found it interesting . There was some innovative use of the environment and a few spots that looked good excluding the saito on the table . Those being , Santos and rest of LDF slamming Kross back first onto the truck and Santos slamming the shutter on the neck of Kross. Also, Kross finding a surge of energy as he took the plexiglass barricade down after throwing Joaquin and Raul through it. Too bad , Santos lost but overall it was a enjoyable match . ***1/2"

[8.0] "Really good match. I loved that Santos got a lot of offense in, because I thought the match wouldn't be as competitive as it was. The 3 vs. 1 situation was well handled, and Karrion's selling of his shoulder was good. Overall a good match, the best we've seen from Karrion Kross in NXT. ***3/4"

[8.0] "I actually really liked this match, I'm not a particular fan of Kross, and while I can see that Escobar has a lot of talent there's just something missing with him, but even considering this was a heel vs heel match it was really fun, and is probably Kross' best match since joining NXT, lots of action starting outside the building, with Legado constantly triple teaming Kross before eventually heading towards ringside, I can't remember who it was but the spot where Kross tossed a member of Legado through the perspex screen looked cool as anything, a saito suplex through the announce table, and another in the ring finished Escobar off, except he had to hit Escobar with a poor looking forearm to the back of the head first, I'd of just ended it with the two suplexes as they looked awesome, but hey you can't have it all, really good match, and both men came out of it looking better than they did going in, and I'm now more of a fan of both workers than I was before this match so thats only a positive, booking Kross to have wild brawls and beating up dudes is certainly the way to go with him, and not so much of him trying to fit the normal NXT style like they did when he faced Keith Lee"

[7.0] "This was a good No DQ match. Mostly carried by Santos Escobar, Mendoza & Wilde did a great job as supports and receive some spots greatly. It was a match to make look strong Kross, but to me Escobar is who stands out. If Kross looks good in this match it was only thanks to the great work of Santos and Legado. In the moments that all the attention was focused in Kross, the match stars to get slow. Escobar was the MVP on this one, and, as he himself declares later, it doesn't matter that he loses this match, it matters that Escobar and Legado del Fantasma gives Kross a beating, this is a good storytealling for a construction of a heel, a villian as he says. In terms of booking, no matter what opponent or final result they impose to him, Escobar is going to take advantage of every opportunity on tv to grow as a character. Escobar understood everything in the E. Didn't understand the feud between these two, just know that they had some story in Mexico, but very forced here."

[7.0] "It was really a good match, by far Kross' best one in NXT. The parking lot brawl at the beginning was very intense and well paced even if it contains some illogical spots because there is no real extreme feud between these two. I loved the heelwork of Escobar, he was perfect in his role with Legado del Fantasma, and the ending is great too, I loved the spot of the Backdrop Suplex through the announcer table. ***1/2"

[6.0] "Kross is the best actor in wrestling, both in his facial expressions and body language. He might seem over the top but he's really honed in on that character and it works, especially in matches like this where he's out for vengeance but also selling an injury. Escobar disappointed, he looked like a fish out of water in a match like this. Kross' interactions with Wilde and Mendoza were better. The Saito Suplex through the table was a great spot, ruined by the ref audibly telling them to hurry up and get back in the ring."

[8.0] "I quite enjoyed this one; its not Escobar's best but it was an fun chaotic brawl and is tied with the match against Priest for my favorite Kross match. Hard to say what they're gonna do with him at this point with the NXT title seen seemingly occupied by the UE implosion, but if he's sticking around NXT I'm cool with him being a crazed brawler kind of guy."

[7.0] "Smoke and mirrors is the best way to present Karrion Kross, as without it, he's very limited, as shown in the Keith Lee match at Takeover XXX. Legado del Fantasma bumped for him like a treat, and Santos Escobar looked very good in a losing effort. Thankfully with the Adam Cole saga, Kross won't be near the title picture for a while yet."

[8.0] "This was a pretty good brawl! Not too much actual wrestling seemed to happen, but for a quick walk and brawl with Kross trying to survive the numbers game by being a beast, it was well done. Easily Kross' best match in NXT, and I would argue it's the best he's looked period (not including his entrance). Santos, on the other hand, has all the pieces to be something incredible, and he's almost there. If you want to see what these two guys are capable of, I would definitely check this match out."

[6.0] "Probably Kross's best match in NxT. Escobar is pretty good in the ring and delivered the match like a Champion should. Unfortunately the match made no sense. It seemed like a force pairing but somehow, these two managed to make it work. Both should move on to better things and the Cruiserweight Champion should really start defending the Belt. ***"
