Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood vs. Matt Sydal & Mike Sydal

[6.0] "A solid outing for Sydal brothers and FTR . Its always a pleasure to see FTR in the ring the hard hitting , technical old school style of wrestling that FTR bring to the ring . Remind me a lot of Arn and Tully . Sydal brothers had a good outing here with only one botch by Mike hurting a bit but other than that it was very good wrestling . FTR dominated for most of the part and the match had some good moments as well such as the out of nowhere upper cut by Cash as Mike was hanging on the middle rope . The reversal from waistlocks into the Big Rig was cool to watch . Good match . ***1/4"

[6.0] "Cool match, but nothing too exciting. Definitely worth watching, but I've seen better matches by these guys in the past."

[6.0] "This match was much better than I expected. I thought it would be a quick squash for FTR, but it was a good back and forth match. ***"

[7.0] "This match was great , i dont understand why some wrestling fans rated it so low . It was only an eight minute match but every second was worth watching . Fast pace and this match had some good spots and the Sydals and FTR had some great chemistry and i hope they are going to have one more match against each other ."

[9.0] "I thought this match REALLY overdelivered, FTR continues to impress me consistently and Matt Sydal continues to be a top tier talent as he has always been. Mike wasn't quite on the level of the others but generally did really well, putting aside that one flubbed spot towards the end."

[7.0] "I had no expectations for this match but it was really good. The Sydals and FTR actually have great chemistry, as FTR can throw their weight around while the nimble Sydals outmanoeuvre them. Mike's botch did take me out of it unfortuantely, as it was on pace for an 8 from me, but everything else was surprisingly good. Also on separate occasions it looked like Dax and Cash got legitimately hurt which gave the match a strange vibe."

[8.0] "People are underrating this one fierce. Other than a slip up on his dive attempt late in the match I thought Mike Sydal looked very impressive here; he isn't his brother but he showed some nice high flying of his own and never once looked out of place. The other three guys were marvelous; Matt Sydal is incapable of having anything less than a very good performance, Dax Harwood has been on a roll and my goodness did Cash Wheeler look great in this match. His explosiveness with some of the moves (particularly though uppercuts he was dishing out) were mightily impressive. Throw in a strong post match angle to set up FTR and Tully vs. Jurassic Express and I thought this was a success. Hopefully AEW keeps the Sydal Brothers around."

[4.0] "Mike Sydal doesn't have the potential of his brother and we see it here. Unsatisfactory match for a tv standard."

[4.0] "A big rehab for FTR given the sudden introduction of Matt Sydal's brother Mike. The main goal was to set up the six man tag against Jurassic Express with Tully Blanchard involved, so the destination was more important than the match."

[5.0] "Decent match all around. Good showing from the Sydal brothers, i want to watch more of them on TV. Nothing better than a good competitive match to continue to build FTR as a great tag team."

[4.0] "It was very uninteresting until the finish. I liked the post match attacked more than the match itself. FTR Vs Jurassic Express would be really good I think. Not really a good match but I wouldn't say its bad either. **1/4"
