This was also the year he started to look a bit grizzled, not sure if it was wear and tear of wrestling or his personal life or what, but after many years of over-achieving in spite of inconsistent booking Luger just didn't seem to try that hard anymore. Thus we get this, a match which is not awful but it just sort of lifeless."
