Carmella vs. Sasha Banks

[5.0] "Bit of a downgrade from their TLC encounter but it's not too bad either, just mid and predictable, nothing else really."

[5.0] "An average match, but not much more, I don't think it's a good thing, but it's not that bad, although the match was very predictable and slow at times, it had its moments."

[5.0] "Average match. Carmella's work overall was meh at best. Her screaming and trash talking were annoying and skippable. Banks, of course, was better. Her selling was good and her ability to guide a match was remarkable, too. She did pretty good job to make all Carmella's mediocre works look good. A normal TV match rather than a PPV match."

[5.0] "This match was the definition of average. Nothing too special about it, but also wasn't that bad. Carmella did well."

[6.0] "Fine match and nothing actually worth mentioning. Sasha as always was pretty great and Carmella gave a solid effort. ***"

[5.0] "Watched this match with some of my friends and we were all more interested in Reginald than the match itself. Was very upset when he got ejected from the match."

[2.0] "Terrible downgrade to their last match at TLC. I wonder Carmella is not motivated though during this match. Carmella almost botch the tope suicida, literally trying to commit suicide by landing her neck awkwardly. Not impressed, their match at TLC is good but this is a downgrade. Not worth watching. *3/4"

[7.0] "A solid Women's Match. Carmella and Sasha have great chemistry in the ring and this match was a bit better than their TLC one. Sasha defends the title one more time and adds some good work in her reign. Carmella now has to rebuild her entire character after this loss, we will see if Reginald will be a focal point in her future. Sasha now has no opponents on the horizon, I'm curious to see who will step up to challenge her."

[6.0] "While it wasn't as good as their match at TLC, this was still a pretty good match. Carmella continue to improve and Sasha is still a phenomenal worker, her checking on Carmella after the dive speak volumes of her as a worker. **3/4"

[5.0] "I expected more action there. Carmella killed herself with that suicide dive. If she cannot learn how to do it the correct way, it's better she doesn't do it again. The match ending sucked..."

[6.0] "While it was definitely a step down from their match at TLC, this was still a very fun little match and a good defense for Sasha. She looked amazing here, constantly outworking Carmella and her attempts to take the edge, especially with Reginald at her side. The exchanges with Reginald in particular were, again, really entertaining and fun, even if the ref absolutely overly milked the "You're outta here! " spot. Meanwhile, I'm shocked Carmella didn't kill herself on that face-first dive, but while I hope she doesn't do anything like that again, it still shows just how hard she's working at improving and putting herself out there, and while this match wasn't quite as cohesive as last time, she still looked great, and so did Sasha. Really nice stuff."

[7.0] "A solid and entertaining match. One of Carmella's smoothest performances ever and just typical top-tier stuff from Banks. Some fun moments, believable technical exchanges and a good pace all ensured that this match never exceeded its welcome, and probably overdelivered compared to expectations. It's great to see Sasha's title reigns extend into a decent length over multiple challenges, for once, too. Nothing too exceptional or crazy but this was never going to be a spotlight match on this card."

[5.0] "Quite a good match, even if they got us used to better. Funny thing is, I really like Reginald, and I wonder if he's a developing wrestler, or if he's a random acrobat we picked up somewhere."

[5.0] "Not bad, but not exactly good either. There were some pretty good sequences here, but a lot of it generally devolved into typical WWE chickenshit heel shenanigans in between. Maybe it? s because I don? t follow WWE, but I really couldn? t care less about beef between Sasha and Reginald, but they keep going back to it until Reginald was thrown out. The stuff with Carmella trying to tie Sasha? s hair to the bottom rope was also laughably bad, you? d think someone with that much hair would understand how hair works but apparently not. Too much of this match is dedicated to Carmella posturing towards the crowd, which doesn? t really serve the match significantly in normal times, but with the virtual crowd it just comes off as hamfisted, awkward, and unnatural. It? s a shame because most of the actual wrestling sequences between the two were pretty good, but they watered it down to a match that was just about average. **1/2+"

[7.0] "Mostly worked at a TV pace but these two have great chemistry as their characters pair off well and Carmella gets better all the time. Barring that nasty dive spot this was well worked by both, with Sasha treating Carmella like a serious opponent and Carmella getting some smart offense in. Just a really fun match."

[6.0] "Like many others have already said, this was a good match that wasn't as good as the match at TLC. Still, it was fine for what it was and the end result was right. Can't ask for much more for what was, in essence, the only cooldown match on the show. ***"

[6.0] "Good match, not as good as their previous match, I don't understand why Reginald was kicked out just for getting beat up by Sasha, and I don't know how Carmella didn't break her neck on her dive, that looked nasty, but she seemed fine, solid match, not something you need to go out of your way to see though"

[6.0] "Solid match. Loved the transition into the Bank Statement. Ready to see something new, including maybe another match for Reginald. Let's just see what happens."

[6.0] "Good match, but not as good as the TLC one, and the build was pretty underwhelming. I think it should have lasted 3 or 4 more minutes to truly shine."

[4.0] "The wrestling was good but Reginald getting kicked from ringside just for getting his ass kicked kind of threw the vibe off for me and made me want to cheer for the heel. That literally made no sense. Then I didn't have enough time to get reinvested in the match before the ending which made it feel very abrupt for me."

[5.0] "This was way better than their match at TLC but it stills not good, many sequences were botched, but the start with Banks immediatley attempting his finisher showed the determination she has, even if she plays bad the babyface. **1/4"

[7.0] "This match was great , both wrestlers performed fantastic and even Carmella looked good in this match, but I think this is because Sasha actually"

[5.0] "This was like a run-of-the-mill TV match, but put onto a PPV. Nothing really here worth watching, but the work itself wasn't particularly bad. Just forgettable. 2 Πstars."

[6.0] "It didn't catch my attention, but that was an OK match. Both competitors performed good, and Reginald played his role well also."

[8.0] "Not as good as their TLC bout which was fantastic, but a nice little wrestling match. Nothing amazing but solid stuff from start to finish, good job ladies."

[7.0] "Sasha was able to make Carmella look really good. Reginald was not really a distraction here as his spots flowed well into the match as well."
