[6.0] "This match was designed to make Saya Kamitani look good in the closing stretch. It went too long, but everyone had a chance to get their shit in. Mayu Iwatani did almost nothing, but she came across as a big star. **¾"
[7.0] "While mostly good, there were definitely some awkward moments here and there. I loved starting off with Bea's fake out handshake, as everyone sold the moment really well, and it was just a nice character beat to get into the swing of things. From there a lot of in and out action, leading to the first head-scratcher, which was Mayu being eliminated by over the top rope? Haven't seen that before in a non-Battle Royale, at least not since early 90s NWA, but that may just be me not know how things work. Saki and Oedo-Tai going out next was, perhaps, predictable, and it lead to a very good final exchange between DdM and QQ, built mainly around Syuri and Momo. Honestly, the single focus on that pairing above all else hurt the match a little, as it made the rest of it feel fun, but superfluous, but what can you do? Saya got the win, a little surprisingly, and we move on to a clash between Syuri and Momo that should be excellent."
[7.0] "An OK match with good and bad moments as well. A pretty comic beginning with Mayu throwing the ball, just like she does before every match. She was funny that night, however not very clever. She got eliminated very stupid way. She shouldn't do that signature Springboard Double Armdrag. She was pushed and flew over the top rope outside the ring. My favourite moment was that exchange between Bea and Momo. These girls literally hate each other."
[6.0] "A good match that had Syuri and Momo being the highlight, but everything else felt pointless. Still, it was very solid and fun, but like other comment says, it could've been a tag match."
[6.0] "I found it really hard to give grades to matches where there? s a lot of people involved. This is still a great contest, full a nice bumps and high speed spectacle. I enjoyed it."
[7.0] "The problem of that match is that it could have been easily a 2 on 2 fight Momo & Saya/Himeka & Syuri because that match is only here to build the SWA title match between Syuri and Momo Watanabe. Mayu Iwatani being eliminated first by Saki Kashima is really something I didn't like, I don't understand why Ruaka isn't the one who gets eliminated, even if it's over the top rope, I don't understand the point to eliminate Mayu before her match against Yoshiko at the Budokan. Bea was really boring in that match. Syuri and Momo had really good face offs, and seeing Saya winning on Himeka was a good decision to not see Momo or Syuri take an advantage before their match. ***1/4"
