Dustin Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase

[7.0] "Dude. This is really good. The in ring isn't anything special but it does the exact job that is needed of it. The heel wears down the face beautifully with the story being the you face having to survive for 10 minutes when the heel embarrassed him by saying there's no way he can. Beautiful stuff. The longer the match goes the more the fans are into the match and the story there telling including myself. Hotter by the minute. When Dustin was in the finish for atleast 30 seconds they were counting it down and when the ref waived it off Dibiase thought it was the finish bc Rhodes tapped but he survived. This was awesome. [7.0] "The first great match of Dustin Rhodes career. Dibiase's heel work here is fantastic, reminiscent of Mi-South Ted. Ted taunts Dusty, and gives Dustin a lot here given where he is in his career. Just perfectly executed for what it was"

[5.0] "Simple match with a simple story. Dustin has to go 10 minutes with the Million Dollar Man. Only marked down for Ted getting a little resthold heavy in the middle which doesn't make a lot of sense for him to do because of the stipulation."

[5.0] "Dustin needed to last for 10 mins in order to win. The crowd was red-hot for Dustin here, and you can tell they barely have to do anything to sustain that heat. Dustin was able to get some solid shine for himself until he was stopped by DiBiase. DiBiase went full chinlockery mode in the final four mins, hampering the bout's flow and causing it to drag. He tried the Million Dollar Dream with only a minute left on the clock, but Dustin's arm didn't give out when the time limit expired, giving us an upset victory. I dug the story of DiBiase's cockiness getting the better of him, but him using basic holds rather than desperately trying to put the kid away ended up detracting from the quality instead. [**1/2]"

[6.0] "A very solid match that had a specific story to tell and told it very well. Dustin got to show some of what he could do but held back a bit to get the story over, and DiBiase helped him look good in the eyes of the fans without giving up too much himself. I would have liked a bit more urgency from DiBiase towards the end but overall a very solid match."
