Numerous great moves and fun counters, from the backflip into a deadlift german, to the Phenomenal Forearm countered into a Recoil, but really, that catch Styles Clash is the move of the night and an early contender for match of the year. Incredible stuff. Give them 20 minutes and let them tear it up, please."

Leider ohne wirkliche Spannung, denn das Ricochet in seinem derzeitigen Lauf AJ Styles schlägt durfte von vornherein bezweifelt werden. Bitte dennoch gerne mehr davon."

[8.0] "Excellent match between two amazing wrestlers. Of course they could do much better but I found it very good with lots of great counters and smooth sequences. I had already enjoyed their different matches in 2019 and this one was very good too. And this Styles Clash was absolutely fabulous. Cool stuff from start to finish here, good job guys."
[7.0] "Really slick athletic match with an awesome finish. Only issue I have with the match is the could've done more with more time but it was still great."
[9.0] "This match was great. I am comparing it to other RAW matches and I really enjoyed it compared to what had been on RAW lately . Styles and Ricochet both showcased their skills and the spot both AJ bouncing Richocet off the ropes into the Styles Clash was amazing."
[6.0] "Ordentliches Weekly-Match, hat ganz gut Spass gemacht beim Zuschauen. Teilweise ein wenig sloppy, teilweise ein wenig unernst, teilweise kam mir AJ ein wenig zu langsam vor, und natürlich haben beide auch ein wenig auf kleiner Flamme agiert, dennoch ein schickes TV-Match zweier Könner. Oh, und das Finish war natürlich der Hammer!"
[7.0] "That was truly a great match, another for AJ Styles, I think the only one of Styles I prefered the last weeks was his match against Sheamus. Ricochet did an enormous performance too and I think he was even better than Styles for some spots. ***1/2"

[7.0] "1-2x etwas sloppy, aber insgesamt ein sehr schönes TV Match, in dem Ricochets Highflying mit der allround Brillianz von Styles ideal aufgeht, ohne zu viel zu zeigen. Die vielen eleganten, gutaussehenden Sequenzen machen Lust auf mehr. Die kurze Schlussphase ist auf das Nötigste (Comeback Ricochets + Antwort des Altmeisters) zugespitzt, aber effektiv und gelungen. Das Finish war fantastisch (***½)."

[7.0] "Really good match between two of the best in the company, it's crazy what can happen when you just let two great workers go out and have a banger of a match, Ricochet despite the loss came out of it looking better than he has in months and finally seems to of gotten away from Retribution and The Hurt Business, who he's been feuding with for essentially the entire pandemic (about 10 months now), so it was good to see him having a match with someone the caliber of AJ and not be dragged down by horrendous booking of him, I've got no issue with him losing when he's having matches like this, he'll get over quicker by having top class matches like this than he would just getting squashed anyway, well thats my Ricochet booking rant over, this match is great and worth checking out for the finish alone, might be the best and most inventive styles clash I've ever seen"

But it? s also sad that they never do anything with a talent like Ricochet, and he can? t get in the Royal Rumble, while guys half as good as him can just ? declare? because they? re seen as bigger stars."
[8.0] "I was at SummerSlam 2019 where AJ Styles and Ricochet had a very good, if slightly disappointing match given the hype at the time. There were no such expectations here (although both matches had the exact same time of 13 minutes dead), and therefore this came off much better, with some great transitions, including how Styles got Ricochet into the Styles Clash for the finish."
