[8.0] "If you put two phenomenal wrestlers like these two in the ring you can expect a pretty good match and this is what it was: pretty good. It went by pretty quick and was always entertaining all the way throughout despite the length. The Time Limit Draw was a bit obvious to me, but I liked how they both knocked each other out right before they reached the time limit. Syuri especially stood out, she was great here. Yet, I believe that bioth still got more in the tank against each other, they certainly can put on something even better than this."
[6.0] "Starts out nicely with very well-executed chain-wrestling, and the mid-section features some very good strikes that are undermined slightly by the excessive screaming. However, the match goes on far too long for what it is, with the two women going at half-speed for much of the match. The second half of the match really drags on and could have benefited a lot from being several minutes shorter. The kickouts get to be rather excessive as well, and Stardom's reliance on time-limit draws is getting to be really tiresome. If this were around 20 minutes, it'd have been an excellent title match."
[6.0] "Pretty disappointing. Stardom is an absolute meme company with how frequently they do time-limit draws, but what is even the logic of having a THIRTY-MINUTE TIME LIMIT for a TITLE MATCH on a PPV SHOW? ? ? The whole decision to try build interest with this double-title match between friends from the same faction, only to take the cowards way out and end in a draw with neither wrestler looking better than the other or even looking better compared to when they came into the match, was really stupid. It doesn't help that Stardom already overdoes draws even on non-big shows, so this wasn't even an unexpected result; in fact, it was fully expected. The match itself wasn't even great or really good to at least justify such a boring result, with it was just both women going 50/50 for basically the entire duration. Syuri impressed with her stiff strikes, but her raspy screams after literally anything she does continued to really annoy me and make me dislike her. Giulia's own strikes looked pretty clunky as usual, but her submissions and power moves all looked good, at least. It sucked that there wasn't any meaningful story or psychology here apart from the absolute base level "opponents who are equally matched", since if there was at least some story of Giulia being dominated by Syuri's kicks but utilising her submissions to weaken Syuri's leg before adding on more damage with her power moves, then at least that would've made for something compelling. But no, we instead just got both women constantly firing up, trading heaps of strikes, and then trading near falls off of big moves, all of which was structured and executed quite blandly. Definitely not the best showing from Stardom's 2 top new signings. ***1/4"
[5.0] "This was just long and boring; there probably was a good match in here but it was padded out for the time limit (that felt inevitable even at the time: the SWA Title had two non-Japanese competitors and Giulia wasn't losing the White Belt to anyone other than Tam) and not in a particularly interesting way. I think if you didn't have that very predictable finish then I might have looked slightly higher on it but even then it still wouldn't have been an outstanding match. I've always felt that Giulia is a better tag wrestler than singles and in Stardom that's only been amplified."
[6.0] "I know why they did it, they weren't going to make a double champion so it had to go to a draw, but they just weren't good at pulling this kind of match off. The draw was telegraphed almost from the beginning with how slow everything was and the long stretches of the match spent on the outside. There's probably a really good 20 minute match in here but this wasn't it. ***"
[7.0] "I have to echo the sentiments of a lot of detractors of this match. It was good, but there's no reason this should've gone 30 minutes and yet, both belts being on the line made the result predictable. It was a violent match, but it had its flaws, and the fact that someone decided to have Giulia, who I like, be in a 30-minute match is stupefying. I guess I'll give it a ***1/2 and that might be a bit low to some, but I'm not sure how much higher I can give it with all things considered."
[7.0] "I don't think anybody had any doubt in the outcome because it was a double title match, but the idea of this match was interesting on paper. Syuri had a 29-minute match against Mayu Iwatani that was the defining moment of her run in STARDOM, possibly the best match in Syuri's career, and Giulia had 29-minute match against Tam Nakano that was one of the worst STARDOM Main Events ever, and almost made me quit watching pro-wrestling. Surprisingly, this match was an embodiment of a very by-the-numbers big match formula with some brawling on the outside in the beginning, Tombstone on the ramp in the middle, with a little different twist on a usage of big moves in the last 10 minutes. I guess judging by what happened after the match, the story was that Syuri and Giulia now really respect each other. I won't be surprised if they will challenge for Goddesses of STARDOM titles, or even win them one day."
[7.0] "A bit sloppy grappling beginning. I guess it was more of Giulia's fault than Syuri's. Very cool and creative moves outside the ring, but they did it the safest way possible. I didn't like it a lot. Why doing crazy and dangerous spots when you don't want to risk and hurt your opponent? It looks awkward. It's better to skip these spots and focus on actual wrestling. The match itself was very intense. Many cool exchanges - elbow for an elbow, knee for a knee, kick for a kick. My favourite part was Syuri kicking Giulia to the chest while she was barely concious."
[9.0] "An absolute war for 30 minutes. Both wrestlers emptied the tank and used their full arsenal of moves. After a really disappointing match against Konami the previous month, Giulia switched to the style she excels at: brawling and throwing bombs. Syuri met her every step of the way and showed why she's one of the best veterans in the scene. (****1/2)"
[5.0] "30 minute draw? NO WAY! ? In all seriousness this match was really boring. There's the cool package piledriver Giulia did, but everything was just flowing downwards and just going through the motions. I don't think it's the wrestlers in question's fault for this match, just bad booking."
[10.0] "Wow, I am utterly speechless. I cant believe Giulia & Syuri came forward to deliver this one with such beauty and passion. In absolute awe at the scope of this thing. This is my match of the year so far, and I only wish Stardom the very best in their future endeavors. (*******++++++++++++++++++++++++)"
[6.0] "Disappointing match. It had the potential to be great but they ended up dragging it out to thirty minutes and the two ran out of ideas and began to just hit moves to pad out time. When they got to trade strikes I was reminded of how talented both women are but the match itself didn't play to their strengths"
[8.0] "This match was a 30 minute physical battle, instead of targeting body parts and going for psychology, they just beat the hell out of each other for 30 minutes. I really liked how they mapped this match out as an even battle, momentum swings galore, Syuri would have control for a few minutes, then Giulia would get the upper hand, that was pretty much the story of the match. Booking wise a draw made sense, the way they planned the match out a draw was a perfect outcome. I would have rated higher if they focused more on psychology; however I can appreciate how physical this match was. ****"
[7.0] "Good match here but I have the feeling that was like they try to go slow at the beginning, is ok for a long match like this one, to go faster later, but that moment never arrived, we have some moment for Syuri, then Giulia... but the chair spot I really didn't understand that Giulia does her move and then she just let's Syuri to kick her and then Syuri got the momentum, the spot in the entrance was like Giulia does the piledriver (not the first time she does this spot) and then she just try to arrive to the ring before Syuri to win by CO, so Giulia doesn't want to win the SWA, in the main event Momo let Utami outside but finally she goes outside and put Utami back in the ring and attacks her, that's what you do when you want to win the title, Giulia for some reason tries to win via CO and in a 5STAR or beign the champion I can understand it, but when you can win a title then has no sense and this is something Giulia always does with this spots outside the ring, she needs to be smarter. The match never went 100% and the ending should have been faster and crazier, just a final spot headbutt VS rolling forearm and is over, both in the ground, both keep her championships and DDM can arrive to 2021 with two belts."
[10.0] "What an incredible match here, between two incredible wrestlers. 30 minutes of an absolute masterpiece establishing Giulia as a non overrated wrestler ( even if I knew it for a long time, damn she is amazing ), the match was brillant, the intensity was incredible, with a superb storytelling seeing two best Friends beating the crap out each other. Even the action outside of the ring was great, I don't like this often but here, it was a superb idea to give the match a longer time, finishing with that logical Time Limit Draw to not give 2 titles to one woman, not like NJPW, Stardom is intelligent, and the building of that match was absolutely perfect. I had so many emotions watching this and you can call me a "Giulia mark", I accept it, I am a mark of her, and she did an amazing performance with a perfect selling. Syuri's kicks were fabulous too. Best women's match of the year, without a doubt. Thank you Giulia, thank you Syuri to make me feel emotions like this watching wrestling. Wrestling is the love of my life, and that match was all about this. *****"
[9.0] "An amazing match. Giulia and Syuri had a great opening with some great technical wrestling, but then they went on to kill each other. There were some many great spots here and the intensity was so good. 30 minutes of great wrestling and a good showing for both women. ****1/2"
[10.0] "A meticulously paced, intense and violent brawl. High-level strikes and dangerous techniques over the course of 30-minutes. They built this epic match brilliantly, from the early back work coming into play at the end to the deep character work. Giulia truly pushed Syuri, who usually has a narrower style of wrestling, out of her comfort zone and brought the best fight out of the rugged veteran. It was even more dramatic that such a performance would come just a week after Giulia was awarded the Tokyo Sports Women's Grand Prize. ****3/4"
[8.0] "For a time limit draw, this was a great match. As is to be expected Syuri and Giulia had to literally pull time for the first 15 minutes, and it showed, but at least they avoided the usual "10 minutes of headlocks and 10 minutes of hugs" format so used by folks like Okada and Sanada in long matches. The rest of the match was basically the usual stiff no-selling Giulia (whom I love love love) locked in a war with the usual hard hitting no-selling Syuri. They literally tried to dismantle themselves: it's mind boggling to think how hard and for how long these two went at it with little in the way of pauses until the final mutual collapse. Syuri's Stardom run so far has been impressive and this match is yet another feather in her cap and I think one has to be like Cornette to refuse to at least give some grudging respect to Giulia. As an aside I honestly don't know how Syuri can scream so much and especially for so long while locked in a physical match such as this: I take she's tutoring Chie Koishikawa in her spare time."
[7.0] "I feel that some booking reasons and the fact that Guilia is a little rough in terms of grappling at times stopped this from hitting certain highs, even though you could tell this meant a lot to both women. ***1/4"
[9.0] "I knew the result but I still enjoyed it. Like other Giulia matches, it was more of a brawl but more technical because of Syuri and because of the length of the match. Giulia is showing some improvement, but I still don? t think that she? s ready for the white and her reign is a downgrade from the previous ones. It was a really intense match with the right result."
[10.0] "A war between stablemates that made me admire the physical effort even more. Draws can be a cop out but this was the right result. It shows why DDM are the best faction in wrestling. Giulia & Syuri could have done at least another 15 no problem! Loved it. Thank you ladies."
