[6.0] "There's some good stuff here. Enos slamming Jericho in the steps looked painful and had him on top for most of the match. Commentary hasn't been great at these WCW shows in general lately because they always seem preoccupied with other things, but I did like Zbyszko pointing out Enos' mistake where he had Jericho in the Boston Crab, but leans forward instead of backwards so he doesn't get the full effect. Jericho is naturally good to watch fighting from below and gets the win when he reversed the powerslam. You can kinda tell Jericho wasn't feeling it with this babyface character."
[6.0] "Kind of a blah match for me. Jericho is still in his first few weeks in WCW and hasn't found a direction yet. Enos hasn't been very good since the AWA. The suplex on the steel steps was kind of sick, though. This couldn't have been encouraging to Enos, losing to a cruiserweight at this point in his career. The match picked up a little by the end, however."
[4.0] "as for me, its a rather weak and passing battle. Jericho had almost no initiative and his opponent dominated the whole match and made it boring. the maximum you can put is 4"
[8.0] "A true WCW TV match highlight of the era. Put two guys with a lot of offense and without much to lose out there and just don't bother to pay attention if they do anything that might be considered excessive in a match with more pressure. Just a ton of fun."
[5.0] "A passable match right here, I've always had a soft spot for Enos as an underrated big guy, and while Jericho is pretty bland here he's still obviously got some skills. They put together something fine, though not memorable."
