[8.0] "This one of the better matches of Flair's WWF run, improving considerably on their uneven clash in London. Flair has had almost a year of TV time by this point, allowing for a much more engaged live crowd, reacting as expected to the familiar beats of his routine. The result is not only a match that works more naturally, but one that feels far more in line with Flair's glory days. It's still a TV match of course, so they aren't trying to have a classic but with this amount of time, they produce some terrific TV nonetheless. ***3/4"
[8.0] "A great matchup here that I think just slightly edges out their other great match I've covered from the Royal Albert Hall. Tito was absolutely on fire here; him and Flair work really well off each other. I enjoyed when Tito locked Flair in the Figure Four here; Flair sold it great. Of course Mr. Perfect gets involved. Though Tito comes close, Flair comes out with the win."
[7.0] "This was a fun little match I was not expecting when this show popped up on Youtube. Flair is Flair but Mr Pefrect is fantastic in the manager role and Heenan is on top form on commentary. I will always love the eye poke followed by Flair flop spot. A real treat for TV."
[7.0] "A hidden gem here with great offense from both guys. Mr. Perfect getting involved made sense and put him over as a manager and also put over the fact that the guy who is managed by Perfect wins. [***1/2]"
[7.0] "Really good match here. Flair/Tito is an unsurprisingly great combination no one usually think of. They had a match together last year at the Royal Albert Hall which I believe was even better than this one! [***1/2]"
[9.0] "Great TV match, as these two had together more than once during Flair's WWF run. Tito was too far down the pole to be a real threat to Flair but he was still a damn great wrestler."
[7.0] "Very fun opener helped by a hot crowd and excitable commentary. Santana looked really good here (Flair gave him a lot) and the interference of Mr. Perfect worked, erm, perfectly. Nice little match, nicely laid out."
