[4.0] "This started off fine but by the third Davey chinlock it really felt like the whole thing was just going to drag until they made it to the finish. Dynamite wasn't in the ring much but he brought energy when he was. Tiger Mask & Nakano were fine but didn't really get much of a chance to do anything memorable."
[6.0] "Good showcase for the returning British Bulldogs. Tiger Mask doesn't do much here and the Bulldogs work on Nakano including a crazy dump to the floor towards the beginning of the match that he never recovers from for the win."
[6.0] "Good match with a poor abrupt finish. Good start Davey Boy showing off his power and Dynamite his fast paced and technical offence. I would have liked more from this match especially more from Tiger Mask (Misawa) who was rarely featured here. The match ended after a superplex to Nakano. I'm not sure if the ref counted three before Misawa interrupted the fall or the ref just called it anyway."
[5.0] "This is the Bulldogs' first appearance in AJPW since the 1985 RWTL. This isn't especially great, but it works as a little gaijin tag showcase at the start of the year, and Nakano continues to be entertaining as the fall guy. Dynamite/Tiger Misawa is no Dynamita/Tiger Sayama, sure, but we're at the point where Davey Boy is in there most of the time anyway. This is certainly adequate. **3/4"
