Big Vito & Johnny The Bull vs. Disco Inferno & Lash LeRoux

[5.0] "A decent match from mamamlukes they are definitely better than most talent wcw has at the time.Vito impress the most and lash followed.Match end when disco accidentally hit lash with stunner which allow bull to hit his finisher to win"

[3.0] "Brawl to start. Lash gets beat up by Vito. Disco in and he gets beat up for a few minutes until Vito misses something and Lash gets the hot tag. He gets press slammed by Johnny, who blows his standing leap to the top rope that he would screw up about 90% of the time, then misses the move. Disco hits a frog splash for two, then it's a free for all. Lash runs into Disco by mistake and the goons polish off Disc. Didn't care for it."

[5.0] "An acceptable match, but definitely a TV match that snuck on to pay-per-view. None of these guys are great to watch, even on a good day, but none of them embarrasses themselves. Not even Disco. Vito is probably the highlight of this match, being the token power guy that could be really good with a bit more experience under his belt."

[4.0] "Surprisingly decent opener, even if it belonged nowhere near a PPV and was mostly people who never amounted to anything. In the middle of a TV show this would have been fine though."

[3.0] "Not awful. It felt like a TV match though, some weird pacing issues and I have no idea why this plus the post-match segment took up nearly 15 minutes of the PPV. Disco Inferno is really bad at everything he does, Lash LeRoux is just boring. The Mamalukes make this passable, they are so over-the-top with everything they do that it somehow works. Otherwise, this is not a match that I would book for the WCW equivalent of WrestleMania... especially with almost no build or story."

[3.0] "This isn't the worst match on the show by any stretch, but it's not good. None of these guys are gonna amaze you with their in ring ability, and the story surrounding this match was so dumb as to be inscrutable."

[8.0] "The Mamalukes are one of the funniest tag teams I've ever seen and Tony Marinara one of the funniest managers. Vito especially though, what an unhinged, beast performance here, big respect. We should have more Italian stereotype gimmicks imo. Disco Inferno sucks."
