[1.0] "These poor men. It's funny to read past comments from around the time of the event remarking upon how the match "could've been more competitive" which is...I guess true? But the lack of competition isn't an issue (I love a good squash), it's how thoroughly wasted the talent inside the ring was at the expense of the worst McMahon ideas of the pandemic. The ThunderDome as it existed wasn't a lifeline for the company but another additional curse - there was no genuine reaction from a crowd, who obviously would've shit on this from the start."

This made SmackDown look like shit and two members of team Raw aren't even employed anymore. I liked the team camaraderie on Raw that was built to for weeks, but other than that this was mediocre. [**3/4]"

[4.0] "Another very poor Survivor Series tag match. The build up to this was as low effort as possible. The Seth elimination was stupid, and wasn't explained nor mentioned throughout the rest of this match. The action wasn't anything too memorable besides a few individual performances. Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, and Keith Lee gave the best showings. Smackdown was buried in the most predictable way possible. Overall there wasn't any hook to the action or any good storytelling. **3/4"

And under those parameters, this is one fun, fast-paced, convincing, engaging tag team match up."

[5.0] "A well-executed but fundamentally uninteresting affair. Riddle probably looked the best out of everyone involved, but it was pretty smoothly wrestled all round. No noteworthy spots, nothing too interesting at all outside of Seth's weird self-sacrifice at the beginning. A bit of a drab way to begin the show but it's perfectly watchable - just a bit of a disappointing product given the incredible levels of talent involved."

[3.0] "These men's brand warfare 5v5 tags have been degrading in quality year after year and this was the dirt worst, I was a big fan of the initial 2016 match, but now they're incredibly lazy. Apparently Smackdown was completely embarrassed by Raw is because Jey is a bad captain? They say this is the reason, but the actual match gives nothing to indicate this, a total mess."

Okaro143 wrote on 23.11.2020:
[7.0] "Clean Sweep. It was a bold decision and imo a really good decision. SmackDown didn't really try to build towards SVR but Raw has been constantly putting out good promos and kept building towards SVR. Also Rollins sacrificing himself to Raw was a nice touch. Although they lost to Retribution last week, team Raw came together and acted as a unit and got a clean sweep victory over Team SmackDown. Good match. ***1/2"

There was action and it was performed well but I just found the match itself so uninteresting. That's what happens when you put literally the minimum effort into build for something. If there were stakes, like the winning team/survivors getting title shots it, there'd have been reason to care. Instead it was a lifeless match with a lifeless storyline."

[7.0] "Owens had a really nice run in the match before getting eliminated by AJ. Otis was also really good throughout & was pretty easily the all around MVP of the thing; his BEEFY showdown vs. Keith Lee was neat & the hot tag he delivered where he threw people around with them sweet suplexes & beheaded one fool with a lariat - it was awesome stuff. This was a good match I thought, but it definitely falls into the "just one of the Survivor Series tag matches" category, as it wasn't very memorable or anything."

MEmpire25 wrote on 23.11.2020:
[6.0] "It was nothing memorable but I don't think it intended to be. The first interaction of KO/Riddle woke me up a bit from a very uneventful start, with Owens targeting the feet. Strowman's in better shape and the most mobile he's been since the early days of his singles push. From the momento Seth took himself out it was clear the goal was to advance some storylines and not to a blow-away match... So that's pretty much what we had, punctuated by Keith Lee continuing his "sort-of push" on Raw by completing the last elimination (catching Jay mid-air into the spirit bomb, which did look great) and being the main face on the final image you keep from the match. ***"

[4.0] "Otis, Kevin, Uso, and Lee had a tremendous showing but that's just about it. I've always supported the concept of Raw vs. Smackdown because when done well (2016), it can truly be awesome, but they always go with the same "Can these teams co-exist? " narrative and it's so painfully dull and deprived of creativity, and this was yet another re-iteration of the same story and it sucked."

[7.0] "As a big fan of the majority of guys in this match, I didn't love this as much as I wanted to. I think the 2016 Survivor Series brand warfare match has set the bar too high, as every year I keep hoping for something on that level and not quite getting that. Still, this was a fun match with some good story to it, even if I'm not crazy about the clean sweep booking. Seth "sacrificing" himself gave a good excuse for Smackdown to go into a hole, though, and it did feel like most of the guys got a chance to look good, plus some really fun exchanges like Otis and Keith Lee or Braun, which were both way more fun than they had any right to be."

[6.0] "First half was very boring, where time stood still with the Otis/Keith Lee big man exchange. 2nd half was mostly good, although Jey Uso and Riddle briefly got lost. The Seth elimination was stupid. Why should I care about a match where the teams are fighting, and one of the big stars simply lays down. That diminished the importance of the match. Finally the burial of Smackdown was annoying, but predictable."
