[7.0] "This was a good match with a very hot crowd but the work within the ring itself wasn't anything blow away. Tenzan set the pace and pretty much worked a beat down on Tana the whole match with Tana hitting an explosive move for a quick comeback here and there just to be grounded down again. I loved Tana's attempted running roll-up being countered into the Tenzan Tombstone and the ending was superb as well with Tana scoring the surprise roll up while locked into the Anaconda Vice."

[9.0] "An awesome match filled with drama and excitement with so much action. Tenzan controlled a lot of the match hitting some big moves from tombstone piledrivers to moonsaults showing why he was a star during his prime years. Tanahashi fought this match like he was an underdog having some excellent moments and near falls but battling against the odds."

[8.0] "Very good match, Tenzan laying down a beating on Tanahashi pretty early on. The crowd a really behind Tana and it sets up his match later against Nakanishi really well."
