Bradshaw vs. Scott Hall

[4.0] "The last WWF PPV match for Scott Hall, and you can tell his demons are returning. If the NWO was going to succeed in WWF after Hogan left, they needed to build up a lot of steam very quickly, and having Hall against a floundering Bradshaw and not even taking a majority of it was not the way to do it. Hall makes Bradshaw look good, like he does every competitor he faces, but I think getting steam behind himself was more important here. The interference helps the match a little bit too. Ultimately nothing stellar to end the legends WWF tenure, but not as bad as word of mouth might have you believe."

[2.0] "This is pretty bad and could have been on an episode of Raw or SmackDown. Not much to enjoy here for me, but I don't think it's at a 0 or 1. X-Pac has more involvement in this than you'd like and this match doesn't have much substance to it either. *"

[4.0] "Under 2 for this one? It was bad, but it wasn't THAT bad. Bradshaw was an odd choice for Scott Hall as an opponent coming off of his Austin match. The crowd clearly couldn't have cared any less about this. WWE sometimes overrates its talent's connection to the fans and I think they did here with Bradshaw."

[4.0] "I didn't see the disaster-piece that everyone else saw here. It wasn't particularly interesting or remotely memorable, but it also wasn't full of errors or horrendously boring. I thought this was an okay match that didn't add anything but didn't take anything away either."

[4.0] "For obvious reasons, this version of Scott Hall didn't belong on PPV, but I didn't see the catastrophe in this match that others did. I mean, it's not much good, but they do engage the people by the finish and ultimately, that finish arrives in pretty sharp time. This isn't long and some good right hands emerge along the way, there are far worse ways to spend seven minutes. **"

[4.0] "I don't think this match is anywhere near as bad as the consensus says, and am kinda shocked at how low the ratings are on this one. Obviously by 2002 Scott Hall is totally cooked physically and he's phoning it in, but he still throws a hell of a right hand and there ends up being a good amount of heat especially with the smoke and mirrors involving Faarooq and X-Pac. It's not good by any means, but it's a decently fun 7 minutes between two guys who have some nice strikes and some drama that pops the crowd. Unless this match was twice the length and had a dead crowd, I don't see how this rating makes any sense. Closer to 5 than 3 for me."

[1.0] "Genuinely a horrible wrestling match. You could tell that Scott Hall phoned in 99.9% of his second WWE run, other than that great sell on Austin's stunner. And Bradshaw, especially in 2002, was not much of a singles guy."

[0.0] "This was just a terrible match between both men with garbage in ring work between each other and Scott Hall was just horrible in this match against JBL."

[4.0] "The crowd was interested a bit, but the work there was really meh. Bradshaw wasn't that interesting at this point, especially with that bland babyface gimmick and Scott still had his punches, but his body language wasn't as eye-catching as it used to. Not the worst thing, but just mediocre on every level."

[2.0] "[2] This was clearly bad. Not sure why it was even on a PPV card. It is a completely bad RAW-level match. Overbooked with annoying and pointless run-ins and two big dudes punching and kicking each other for a few minutes. No power moves or reasons to get excited in sight"

[1.0] "Oof, this was bad. Hall was immobile and uninterested, and there wasn't much Bradshaw could do. The match was just punch, punch, punch, interference, ROLL-UP PIN! It was only 6 minutes long but felt longer, and showed the problems the WWF was having trying to integrate the WCW stars who'd coasted on name recognition and politics into their show."

[0.0] "This match was dreadful, I guess Bradshaw tried but Scott Hall looked cooked out there and couldn't even convincingly hit Bradshaw in the nuts to win the match."

[3.0] "Pretty poor match. The APA reunion after the brand split was nice but everything about this match was sloppy. Bradshaw would have to wait for another 2 years until he got a proper singles push."

Bradshaw hits the CFH and goes for the pin but Pac puts Hall's foot on the ropes. Bradshaw looks at him long enough for Hall to recover and ball shot Bradshaw and roll him up."

[1.0] "Not a lot to say about this one. It has some basic brawling and it's a fairly short match. That's all. It was bad, really bad. The ending was awful, the man who is in deep mental trouble wins. Jim Ross called it "bowling shoe ugly" and I agree. Hard skip here."

[2.0] "It was horrible, empty, I don't even know why I watched this match. It was overbooked and I didn't like it, Bradshaw was awful in the ring, they tried a little bit to wrestle at the beginning but it wasn't good at all. *"
