He was trying to break up the Lucha Brothers by turning them against each other and siding with with Penta. This felt more like a fight, and unlike their previous match where it felt like it dragged a bit in the middle, here there was none of that. They even ripped each other's masks, showing how personal the infighting got. They clearly couldn't recreate the magic of their first match in the company that I loved a few weeks earlier, but they still delivered some very solid content from start to finish, managing to innovate and obviously performing at a high level as usual. For me this match is just a precursor of what a rivalry between the two could look like in the future with Pentagon working very well as a heel and Fenix working very well as a face, it shows that they could do much better but they limited themselves and anyway the length of the match shows it. Not a fan of the torn masks though but other than that, the action was great with a lot of spots. |

Kingston, the scumbag heel, trying to split The Lucha Bros was a great touch, while Pac's return was exactly the exclamation point the show needed to get fans to tune in next week. |
