[6.0] "An alright title match, I liked how Atlas was taking out Cruz and Wilde before the match to even the odds. 6/10"

[6.0] "A pretty average match to be honest. Jake Atlas got the opportunity to showcase his high potential and Escobar goes on to prove how good of a heel champion he is. I like the athleticism of Atlas and he only botched once which is good for someone who started a few years ago. Escobar picked up the victory at the end of it all. I was not expecting a title change so that killed the suspense as we had already witnessed one. Nonetheless still worth a watch . ***1/4"

[8.0] "Very good match. After a frustrating short match at Halloween Havoc that didn't last long and was not for the title, Santos Escobar and Jake Atlas finally delivered the match that was expected of them. It was a good match from start to finish, full of good action, quality spots, kick-outs, with a vicious Escobar and a fighting Atlas as if it was the opportunity of a lifetime for him. The first part of the match was based on the domination of the champion who worked his opponent's arm very well, Atlas was good at selling, then his comeback was explosive as expected. From then on, it was a cool sprint to follow until the end. Escobar is a future NXT top star (for me it already is), but I was really seduced by Jake Atlas here. A few months ago I didn't know anything about him, and little by little he's making a place for himself among the best talents of this roster. He's very fluid in everything he does, he has a good selling, decent look and he has a natural sympathy that makes him a great babyface. His recent work on NXT and 205 Live makes me really optimistic about his future, there's a lot to write about with this guy and when he becomes champion for the first time in NXT, no matter what the title, it will be a great moment. I'm not going to go into any more detail but I'd recommend this match where you never get bored, it was a great defense from Escobar who has a great reign."

[7.0] "Jake Atlas is looking a lot more comfortable in the WWE system now, and he used his gymnastic background to great effect here to fend off the other members of Legado del Fantasma. However, given this match was only announced a couple of hours before the show, and they just had Johnny Gargano shockingly lose the North American Title to Leon Ruff, it looked unlikely that Atlas would win the title, and so it proved with Santos Escobar retaining in a close battle."
