Shotzi Blackheart vs. Toni Storm

[6.0] "A match with several mistakes by Shotzi, but was good to see Toni Storm back. The match was also a little slow but I liked the end with Candice sending a direct message to Blackheart."

[5.0] "Very sloppy by Shotzi and did not seem to bring that energy to the match that she usually brings and that played a negative factor in the quality of the match. She botched like 3 times in 13 minutes . The springboard, sliced bread and springboard DDT on apron . Shotzi is a great performer and this night felt like an off day for her. good finish though that did not make Shotzi look weak and Toni needed the victory here . Good way to attract heel heat towards Candice by destroying Shotzi's tank who reaaly made it feel like something very important to her by being very upset in the ring. Still a below average match nonetheless. **1/2"

[4.0] "Toni is clearly still very rusty after the enforced absence and it looks like it will be a while before she gets back to form. Shotzi is a bit sloppy as usual but seemed to be worse here than she has been lately. This was really bad compared to the Ember Moon/Dakota match earlier on. Very disappointing given they had a much better match in Shine three years ago when they both had much less experience than they do now."

[7.0] "Good match but many things went wrong. First, Shotzi botched springboard and she fell down from the ropes. Toni was unecessary selling at the beginning of the match. It's stupid because after 2 minutes she could barely stand and was wobbling, however later in the match she got better and performed at full speed and in top shape. I liked the DDT on the apron and near falls at the end. And of course, there was another interference that night. Toni got the advantage of the situation and stole the win. What a bullshit... Why can't any match end the fair way, without any interruption?"

[7.0] "I'm a huge fan of Toni and Shotzi but I find that here they didn't deliver a match worthy of their talent, it was a good match but there were some mistakes by Shotzi that disconnected me. They had time but unfortunately these errors as well as the controversial finish made that it was not necessarily up to my expectations. They're capable of much better and be careful it's not negative because I repeat, it was a good match but we could expect something better between these two and I'm sure they will face each other again in the future so I'm not worried, they will offer us the match they're capable of. It was a cool competitive contest but Shotzi seemed way too excited or stressed and missed a lot of things like that DDT on the apron or that botch at the beginning of the match when she was on the third rope, it really scared me. Or she also had a hard time getting into position after Toni brought her a German Suplex. Toni didn't make any mistakes, she was great and even though she didn't perform as convincingly as Ember Moon earlier in the show, you can see that she's in great shape and stay so good at wrestling. As for the ending, I liked the angle, Candice is really the top heel in this division and Shotzi's reaction seemed natural because she has good acting, but when it's the third controversial finish of the night it starts to feel like a lot and it's not necessarily enjoyable. Anyway, a few little problems here and there but still nothing bad to get out of this match."

[6.0] "Both wrestlers are very cool and beautiful. I love women's wrestling. Shotzie and candice started a feud. In principle, it was expected. I'm waiting for something good. Leray I think will win, although it is not clear. Maybe Blackheart. I don't mind in principle. Although it's a shame for LeRae, she doesn't manage to defeat IO in any way."

[7.0] "Another distraction finish, by way of Candice LeRae stealing Shotzi Blackheart's tank and destroying it, but Shotzi needed an out, as Toni Storm needed the win with a big step up in opponent. Other than an error early on, they had a very good outing, with Storm back to her best after several months away. Candice vs. Shotzi should be a fun feud."

[6.0] "Good match. Loved the Candace Le Rae segment. When Blackheart botch the springboard move, I loved how Vic Joseph protected her by mentioning that she wasn't in a calm mind due to the lost of her mini tank. Both women gave a good performance. The NXT women's division continues to be the best part of NXT and the WWE as a whole for the time being. ***1/4"
