[9.0] "That was one of the first Eruption matches I've seen as a part of being introduced to Ueno vs Sakaguchi feud, and oh man, it was incredible! I love when pre-main and main are connected in such way, and everyone in this match contributed correctly. I've also considered Saki Akai a bit of a stranger near to Yukio and Kazusada, since I didn't think about her as a great wrestler, but after that I'm glad to admit I was wrong. ****3/4"

[8.0] "Entertaining trios match with great chemistry between both teams. Eruption looked great here and Sakaguchi was possibly the star of the match with his great offense and command of the ring. Ueno was his usual self here in this environment and put on a clinic as well with his flashy spots. Saki Akai didn't feel out of place either and she got her stuff in as well, which fit very well into the match structure. I'm not too familiar with either team or their stories but I was able to buy into the match immediately despite that, which is a sign of a great pro wrestling match with logical booking, and it set up the following tag match in the show quite well. ****"

Instead, both teams use this match to set up the narrative elements that would be used to their fullest in the excellent main event tag. However, don't let that distract you from the fact that the wrestling in this is pretty fun as well, with all 6 performers delivering good performances despite only going for 17 minutes. (***1/2)"

Eruption is the best trio in the world right now, and yet the guy who shines the brightest in this particular match is Hirata. His interactions with Sakaguchi are fantastic."

[9.0] "Eruption is a really great stable, and together they are extremely good. The same thing with Nautilus, they're better in the team. And Hirata is a good wrestler when it's necessary. Incredible match. At first glance, the storytelling of the match focused on Kazuki and his fear of Sakaguchi, and I'm happy that one of my favorite DDT wrestlers got his really big moment and stole the match with his perfomance. But in fact, this is a story about Ueno trying to kill two (even three, with Universal title) birds with one stone. And he failed. Yuki was submitted by Sakagushi, and it was the beginning of the end. Great booking of the match, great work from all wrestlers, and the great story they told. It could have been the best match of the show, but there was a main event ahead, which turned out to be even better."

[8.0] "Great match ! I love the work of everybody here, Hirata is an awesome and underrated in ring wrestler because of his gimmick, Yoshimura and Higuchi are just two draws in DDT. Ueno is a wrestling machine. He went all out even if he defended the tag titles after it. But too short. I thought it will have 25 minutes of match. Really good match, I'm not even surprised of the talent of the wrestlers. I prefered the ME, ***3/4"

That was one of the most intense matches I have ever seen. and it's only a half of a final battle, because right after that, another title match happened. If only audience was full and crowd could cheer and boo, I'm sure the building would collapse. I highly recommend this match."

Two Back to Back championship matches at the same time? It felt ridiculous. But everyone in this match, and I'll save my thoughts for the very next match, put on a clinic. It was going to be special the moment Naomi Yoshimura swatted away Saki Akai and made eye contact with the people he was going to fight later. But everyone, even the two people who weren't going to wrestling in the next match, just brought everything they could into this one. Saki Akai looked the best she ever has in the ring and Kazuki Hirata fought like he wanted to win. And in a huge shock, it wasn't Hirata who took the fall like I'm sure many expected, it was Ueno who got choked out by Sakaguchi and helped set up the stage for the next match to come... But this match absolutely deserves 10 just from everyone, and I mean everyone, putting their all into this."

[9.0] "It was an amazing match, where everything worked as it should and where all the strengths of the wrestlers were revealed as well as possible. None of them are perfect in the ring, but this quintessence of everything they have made this match so great. But whatever happens inside the ring, and the final KILLING of Sakaguchi is something to watch this match for. Ueno sold his powerlessness superbly, and this only makes the next match more interesting, because Yuki risks being in a situation where he will be aiming for all the prizes, and will end up with nothing (****1/2)."
